I have a Sam's Club membership I arrived at 9:30 walked in the door it was immediately told I couldn't shop there because I didn't have a preferred member club card given that I would be there looking around for a half an hour before I even purchase anything I felt this was very rude every time I walk in the Sam's Club I feel like the staff doesn't want my money I spent several thousand a year in their storesand get treated as if I'm a common criminal when I walk in and walk out I hate this business model. Jesus a half an hour for Christ sake keep the guards posted sure would hate it if people spent more money and had a convenient time getting in and out.

I entered the club today with the intention of joining. But I'd never been to one before so I wanted to see what it is like. The guard at front door said I absolutely could not go in without a membership. He was quite rude. Killed any desire for me to join, guess I'm headed to Costco.

I go to Sam's for my essentials and have not been disappointed with my selections. I'm writing to give a review on the rotisserie chicken they prepare in the store. I have gotten the chicken 4 times and every time I get it it's undercooked. My family just got sick from the last time we purchased a chicken and deemed it out last time getting cooked food from Sam's. Please check to make sure your chicken is done before you eat it if you do purchase a rotisserie chicken. Had to warn those who are not aware, because it seems that Sam's process of cooking has not resolved the issue thus far.

Long time member, but am switching. Poor pricing for tires, terrible online service, privacy unfriendly app, pickup option is a joke, employees are mostly unhelpful and rude specially in the service counter and auto section. Bye Sam's.

I like Sam's for the convenience, my only complaint is that they will discontinue items for no reason and then you can't find it anymore and you have to find another product to replace it! Fuel prices are better than most around town!
Sams club is good for finding whatever you need. Yet when you order online to have things shipped to wherever call the club after your purchase !! If not the Date they have set up for you is a hoax !! I ordered on March 18th for a delivery on April 2nd 2021 It says I'm the notes to be delivered on the 2nd of April not another day !! So I have been though 4 agents over an hour and half on the phone with No resolution at all. People have things to do and can't sit waiting on a purchase that now they tell me Won't be delivered till next week !! You've got to be kidding me!! Now on to my 5th person and still nothing. This is all so very Disappointing Sams Club I had better expectations for you yet you've let me down. Will not be ordering from you again as far as I can see . I'll Definitely be back to tell what happened if anything Pt2 past 3+ hours on the phone and texting Sam's club through the help site is an absolute joke. Never again will I order from them

My favorite wholesale store hands down. I visit at least once a month to stock on snacks and beverages. I've also found great deals for my home, like my kitchen barstools. They also have the best bakery! Whenever there's a birthday we opt for easy and get the 30 cupcakes from Sam's. The cakes/cupcakes are always delicious and you can order them if you don't want to grab the ones that are already sitting out. Another of our favorite quick pick ups is the rotisserie chicken, but go early or you'll wait, because they go fast!

Extremely disappointed in this location. I have never seen so many rude employees in one store ever. Started with the woman renewing my card all the way to the woman that checks your receipt as you are exiting. My mom and I interacted with 5 different employees are they all were very rude and miserable. I completely understand everyone has bad days but all five employees? This is not acceptable. Hopefully this location can get it together. I'll be sure to shop at other locations.

Place has gone downhill fast. Terrible customer service, one person working returns during holiday season, and she’s listening to her AirPods in one ear! So called security officer sitting on a stool playing with his phone by entrance where shopping carts are. Trying to get out of the place after a purchase is a nightmare! They have to scan your receipt and then three items in your cart to get out the door. Usually only one employee scanning by exits as line backs up 10 people deep waiting to get out. I used to like going there, now only for gas and shop Costco. What a difference
