Ordered cookies for a bday 5 days prior!!! Delivery says 10/22⊠then 10/23⊠guess what?!? NOTHING! Contact customer service and they are useless. Never again. Still no refund or cookies?!! Terrible

Do not order cookies from Cherylâs to be delivered, because they may never arrive and they will give you every excuse in the world for why they arenât responsible. They use third party shippers so they just point the blame at them. Youâll also have to talk to 2 or 3 people who ask you for the same information each time, even though they tell you to hold on for 2-3 minutes while they review the information from the prior personâs chat. Good cookies, but good cookies are available from vendors who actually deliver the products that they promised you when they charged your credit card over a week ago. Donât have your grandchild be disappointed when they donât get the cookies that you told them were coming!

Iâve given this company 3 chances. I am a regular customer who up until the last year hasnât had any problems. The last 3 orders I have placed have been so late, one placed months ago STILL has not been delivered. Needless to say, I will NOT be ordering from them EVER again.

We received these cookies from a crooked contractor that ruined our house and sent it as a thank you. I would advise this company to not fill any orders for infinity home remodeling out of kutztown pa formerly Hatfield pa.

I ordered a cookie box for a Wednesday delivery. Was notified it was shipped on Friday and now it a a week later and they have yet to be delivered. Who wants cookies that have been sitting in a Fedex truck for a week.
Cheryl's Cookies is no longer a home made cookie store/stores. It has become mass produce, commercial cookie store for which you can go in any store and find similar quality cookies....to bad Cheryl's cookies sold outđ

DO NOT order from this company, I placed an online order for a party on 6/6 placed order in 6/4 paid for shipping date, Fedx decided to NOT DELIVER order for date needed, but changed date to 6/9 when I don't need. So irritating to say the least over 60.00 in cookies just to not get when needed. They have lost a customer behind this order.

The order was delivered successfully. But I never received the email order confirmation and receipt. (I did receive a survey, so I know the email is correct.) Since this was on my business card, I needed that receipt. Had a lengthy chat with a robot and a human and I still can't get a receipt. It should not be so difficult.

One Star â Terrible Customer Service and Rigid Policies
I donât usually leave negative reviews, but my experience with Cherylâs Cookies was incredibly disappointing. I placed an order for a special occasion and quickly realized I needed to change the delivery date. Youâd think that would be a simple fix. Apparently not.
I reached out to customer service immediately, but was met with long hold times, generic responses, and absolutely no willingness to help. It felt like talking to a brick wall. No matter how polite or reasonable my request was, the answer was always the same: âWe canât make any changes.â Seriously?
If youâre sending a gift or planning around an important date, do yourself a favor and skip Cherylâs. Their inflexibility and lack of customer care make them a completely unreliable choice. Never again.

I placed two separate orders, both to be delivered to businesses (one being a school). Per their website, these deliveries would arrive within the operating hours of the business they were being delivered to. Neither order made it to the specified delivery location within the timeframe I selected. My daughter wonât have any cookies for her schools valentines party, and my spouse wonât receive their surprise cookies at work either. This was my first and LAST order with this company or any of their affiliates!! Customer service only wanted to refund me for the delivery and âreshipâ the order? Itâs absolutely useless to reship the order when it was placed for a specific event. I had to argue my point for nearly an hour before they understand why that resolution wasnât going to work. Donât make the same mistake I did and waste hundreds on this garbage company. Shop local instead!!!
