Best cookies ever in the entire world. My aunt used to ship these to me and I miss them a lot. Haven't had them in 3 years. I need the buttercream sugar cookies in my life again.

I can't say how the cookies taste because they didn't arrive as scheduled. I ordered on 10/11 for a 10/30-31 delivery. I got an email a week ago stating they had shipped. When the order didn't arrive and I went to track shipping, UPS said the order was still with the company and had not been received. I tried to use customer service chat on my mobile device, and it did not work. When I finally reached someone using laptop chat, they could not offer an explanation of why my package never made it to the shipper. Even worse, the chat is agonizingly slow and consists of someone trying to find the correct template answer for whatever was asked. First they offered to let me know when they got an update on the delivery as the resolution. Next, they offered to send a second box. I declined and they did agree to the refund I requested, but this took about 30 minutes in a chat that should have been less than 10 minutes, and I still don't have the cookies I need for an event Nov. 3. Really questionable company. Would not use again.

I wouldn't even give them one star for customer service. I have been trying to get ahold of the FOR DAYS to try to report a package as stolen by email, phone call, and online chat. No luck! Do not order from Cheryl's Cookies!

The cookies are good, but there are a lot of good cookies in the world. I ordered a gift box to be sent to my daughter for her birthday. I ordered on October 3 and it was supposed to arrive on the 10th or 11th. On the 14th, I got an email saying "It shipped". Needless to say, huge disappointment. Today is the 17th and the order is still not there. They offered me 1/2 off the order but I demanded a full refund. Lousy company and horrible customer service. I will never order from them again! As of today, Fed Ex says the order is in Indianapolis and Monday it was in Olathe, Ks. Great shippng!

Ordered 192 cookies to be delivered to a non profit event. When I realized they hadn't shipped I contacted the company two different times and was told they would be there in time. However they hadn't even shipped yet. They had time to correct this situation and did nothing except tell me lies. I had ordered from Cheryl's 20 times in the last year but you can bet I won't be ordering from them again. Worst customer service!

I ordered 12 cookies for a friend as a thank you. My friend received 6 cookies in a box that was clearly used prior to them receiving it. I called Cheryl’s to inform them of the wrong order, etc. I was “disconnected” after 25 minutes on the phone, then I called back only to be on the phone for over 30 minutes waiting to speak to a supervisor and was then disconnected AGAIN. The supervisor called me and said she would have another order sent back to my friend. I was part of their Celebration membership and asked her to cancel my membership because I would not be ordering from them again. She didn’t offer a refund of the remaining months. Pictures below show the package my friend received. So disgusting!
On time arrival with 53ft dry van loaded with sugar. 9am appointment. I was Immediately assigned to a dock. Friendly staff. Receiver Unloaded trailer in 50minutes. 👍

I ordered cookies to be delivered to my place of business. My delivery time was 10:40am to 12:40pm. Fantastic, they would be delivered at lunch time. Then the bottom fell out! I received a new delivery time of 5:00pm. As I explained to Cheryl’s Cookies, office businesses CLOSE at 5:00pm for the most part. I spent 2:00 hours on the phone getting the run around, with no resolution. Cheryl if you are reading this, it is oxymoronic to give office businesses a delivery time of 5:00pm, considering everyone is left the building. I’ll find another company, you guys suck.

Cheryl’s advertises free shipping to military, however, after multiple times attempting to do so I kept receiving an error message, saying that they do not ship to military. I reached out to a virtual assistant, and then to a real person, who would not help. Apparently they false advertise that they do not offer free shipping or any shipping to military. How disappointing for my friend who is located 20,000 miles away just to receive some cookies for their birthday. I will never shop or recommend Cheryl‘s cookies again.
