DO NOT order from this company, I placed an online order for a party on 6/6 placed order in 6/4 paid for shipping date, Fedx decided to NOT DELIVER order for date needed, but changed date to 6/9 when I don't need. So irritating to say the least over 60.00 in cookies just to not get when needed. They have lost a customer behind this order.
The order was delivered successfully. But I never received the email order confirmation and receipt. (I did receive a survey, so I know the email is correct.) Since this was on my business card, I needed that receipt. Had a lengthy chat with a robot and a human and I still can't get a receipt. It should not be so difficult.
One Star – Terrible Customer Service and Rigid Policies
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience with Cheryl’s Cookies was incredibly disappointing. I placed an order for a special occasion and quickly realized I needed to change the delivery date. You’d think that would be a simple fix. Apparently not.
I reached out to customer service immediately, but was met with long hold times, generic responses, and absolutely no willingness to help. It felt like talking to a brick wall. No matter how polite or reasonable my request was, the answer was always the same: “We can’t make any changes.” Seriously?
If you’re sending a gift or planning around an important date, do yourself a favor and skip Cheryl’s. Their inflexibility and lack of customer care make them a completely unreliable choice. Never again.
I placed two separate orders, both to be delivered to businesses (one being a school). Per their website, these deliveries would arrive within the operating hours of the business they were being delivered to. Neither order made it to the specified delivery location within the timeframe I selected. My daughter won’t have any cookies for her schools valentines party, and my spouse won’t receive their surprise cookies at work either. This was my first and LAST order with this company or any of their affiliates!!
Customer service only wanted to refund me for the delivery and “reship” the order? It’s absolutely useless to reship the order when it was placed for a specific event. I had to argue my point for nearly an hour before they understand why that resolution wasn’t going to work.
Don’t make the same mistake I did and waste hundreds on this garbage company. Shop local instead!!!
Their system dropped part of the delivery address when the order was placed. Customer service took 30 minutes to refuse to fix the address or cancel the order.

Repeated delivery problems with Cheryl’s cookies. I consistently send to the same recipients, one of whom is a life-saving surgical team at Cleveland Clinic. It’s a huge place and Their mail room REQUIRES use of a mail stop number. Even though I put it in the delivery address, Cheryl’s cookies has deleted it from the delivery address my last three orders. I do t know why I bother. Why do the ignore the specific delivery address customers give them. I spend hours on the phone with Cheryl’s customer service. They’re sweet and polite and assure you things will change but they never do. When they mess up, the company refuses to give a refund. I’ll find another way to thank the med-surg team at Cleveland Clinic. I’m not wasting my time or money on Cheryl’s cookies anymore.

The mail order....waiting to see if they fix anything. Beware...when you order a monthly shipment you may receive the holiday cookies weeks AFTER the holiday. They should always ship the holiday cookies before the holiday...that was a wait. I canceled my monthly cause why share cookies 2 weeks after the holiday when I could buy them 75% off elsewhere...rediculous..customer service was 40 minute waste of my time too. Pretty disappointed, I thought this would be a nice little thing for friends, coworkers, neighbors etc. Very very disappointed and it is considered a local company.
I placed an order on 1/10 and was given a delivery date of 1/15, my daughter's birthday. The product didn't ship until 1/14 and the tracking showed a delivery date of 1/17. I reached out to customer service but unfortunately, the only way to do that, is through a chat. The agent was not helpful at all and obviously was located in a foreign country and didn't even communicate using proper English. I won't be ordering from this company again. Bring your customer service back to the US if you want to do business here!

Best cookies ever in the entire world. My aunt used to ship these to me and I miss them a lot. Haven't had them in 3 years. I need the buttercream sugar cookies in my life again.

I can't say how the cookies taste because they didn't arrive as scheduled. I ordered on 10/11 for a 10/30-31 delivery. I got an email a week ago stating they had shipped. When the order didn't arrive and I went to track shipping, UPS said the order was still with the company and had not been received. I tried to use customer service chat on my mobile device, and it did not work. When I finally reached someone using laptop chat, they could not offer an explanation of why my package never made it to the shipper. Even worse, the chat is agonizingly slow and consists of someone trying to find the correct template answer for whatever was asked. First they offered to let me know when they got an update on the delivery as the resolution. Next, they offered to send a second box. I declined and they did agree to the refund I requested, but this took about 30 minutes in a chat that should have been less than 10 minutes, and I still don't have the cookies I need for an event Nov. 3. Really questionable company. Would not use again.

Every time I order Cheryls Cookies, there is an issue. I won't be ordering again. Also, the cookies are very expensive for what you get.
