I wanted to update my review and change the rating. The Customer Experience Manager at Cheryl's reached out to me directly, based on this Yelp Review, and apologized for the issue. The situation has been resolved, and the receipient of my gift is thrilled. It means a lot that Cheryl's Cookies really cares about their customers, and so, I am now giving them 5-stars. The cookies and the service are fantastic.

I placed an order on 1/2 for a 1/11 birthday perhaps that was too late I don't know. I received very little communication about this order and didn't receive a delivery notification. I only found out it was delivered by clicking on the UPS tracking information link to discover it was delivered on 1/16. I don't know 14 days seems a bit long to deliver 6 cookies that were ordered.

At the beginning of December, I ordered my grandmother a cake for her birthday to be delivered on 12/26. It said it was delivered to a "mailbox" on 12/22, with no address attached to it. I called 1800 flowers on 12/26 and they reshipped it to be delivered on 1/5/24. It says it was delivered on 1/6/24 to a "mailbox" in Midland, MI. This is so disappointing and frustrating. The representative claims I have been refunded but we will see if that actually happens. I could hardly understand the representative on the phone and chat. I will never be doing business through Cheryl's cookies again.

Received this regular & gluten free cookies as a gift from someone who lives in Ohio. Best cookies we've ever had in our entire lives also the brownies are amazing! We live in Arizona but we will be ordering these cookies on a regular basis! Warning these cookies are addictive! You may need a 12 step program to be cured of the addiction!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free cookies taste just as good as a regular!
am very dissatisfied with my experience ordering from Cheryl's cookies. I ordered 4 cookies for my daughters birthday on November 17th. The expected delivery date was by November 29th. To date we still have not received the order. I reached out to the live chat to ask about the order and was told it was "some" delay but the cookies would be delivered soon. I 1st chatted with the automated system then with a rep named Catherine. Both verified my correct shipping address. Now when I go to check the status the shipping address has changed?It should not take all this to get 4 cookies. I do not plan to ever use this site again and will definitely let people know to avoid

I had an interview scheduled for this place for 2nd shift lead. I showed up for the interview, but this unprofessional company stood me up. They could have just cancelled instead of wasting my time and energy. It was a blessing in disguise after reading their reviews on indeed. Im an ideal employee and im great at what I do. Its their loss. I dont recommend this place at all. They have lost my service.

Let me start by saying what most have acknowledged…the cookies are delicious. Everything else surrounding the company sucks.I discovered Cheryl’s when some were delivered to my workplace. I went to the website and saw that they offered cookie of the month subscriptions that are seasonally themed . Thought it would be cute to give them out to family and friends throughout the year. Here’s where everything went left. November I was supposed to get a leaf cut out cookie but I received sunflowers (September’s theme) and generic white circles. Called and was told they ran out of the leaf. Not sure how they ran out but ok; they refunded my money. December is here and I’m supposed to get a Christmas tree cut out. Guess what I got….September sunflowers. What I’ve learned is the subscribers get whatever they have left over which seems the opposite of how the product should be allocated. Now if you have to call customer service be prepared to deal with language barriers. It’s really unfortunate when a company has a great product but can’t seem to figure out logistics. I would not recommend them if you want something specific like I did. If you are open to the mystery surrounding what they will deliver then the flavor of the cookie is worth it.
The gift I received was very moldy and not edible.The gift giver did not know the short window of freshness of these baked goods.Just a few days or freeze them.We were very disappointed that he waisted so much money for a gift that had to be thrown away

We ordered over $100 worth of cookies to be delivered as Christmas gifts. They were to be delivered between December 14 and the 19th. They never came. We called Cheryl 's and they assured us that a replacement order would be mailed overnight and would arrive on December 21. They did not arrive on December 21 so we called Cheryl 's and we're informed that they would arrive on December 22 which is too late for what we wanted them for. We also discovered that the replacement did not contain the same cookies that we had initially ordered. So now we have cookies coming tomorrow which we do not want, we do not need, and they are too late to use. We were told that we will receive a $50 voucher since we didn't get what we wanted but that doesn't solve our problem and we may never order cookies from Cheryl's again. There is also no way to file a complaint directly with Cheryl 's.

I received a basket of cookies, waffles, scones, and muffins from a relative. Everything was very delicious with the exception of the Chocolate Waffles. The waffle was very dry and really did not tase good. I would highly recommend that the company remove these from yiour product list. But the other items were excellent.

Got these as a Christmas gift from a good friend I met in college in the 1970s.Oh my GOSH they are all SO super delicious. We got a big tin full of individually wrapped cookies. Oatmeal, chocolate chips, lemon & others. Each flavor like home-made. We shared with neighbors & they also think these are the BEST.
