I always go to the one on s Hamilton but I selected the wrong restaurant. I got a steak quesadilla. Hardly any meat in it. And smaller than groveports. I tried to give obetz the benefit of the doubt. But nope. Sticking to s. Hamilton location

ALways great 👍🏾 the set up is perfect to get in and get out and the food is great. Low-key location perfect for time to yourself; simple delivery system. I don't just order 1, I gota get ✌🏾

Went all the way drive to have a Veg salad and person funnily told our of cheese and guacamole. I left the store and making fun by seeing from inside.

Very unpleasant experience first time and not recommended this at all as earlier reviews.

This Chipotle provides good food promptly. However, the restaurant was in dire need of cleaning. There was food under the table on the floor. There were no napkins to be found. And every table had residue from the previous diner

Please. No one wants to drive all the way back to chipotle to fix simple errors. Please it's very easy. Read what the customer is ordering and make it that way one bowl at a time. Im missing several items from my order that I paid for. I guess I'm having an unsatisfactory meal.tonight because I'm not wasting gas just for you to correct the issue. So I guess I over paid for an unsatisfactory meal. I'm ready to just save money shop at whole foods and make my own bowls. Smh! I'm too exhausted for this BS. Please fo better training. And have a better way to get your money back. No one wants to deal with eating a jacked up meal and have to waste time and money just for you to get the shit right.

Ice cold food usually and double chicken has been maybe 10 pieces more than once. Absolutely terrible service and food overall after trying this location dozens of times. GARBAGE.

I placed a online order when I got there they said I didn't place a order I showed them the email the guy walked away and continued to make orders so then he came to window and said you will have to go back thru drive thru So I went in I waited 10 more min late from lunch got back to work I had all kinds of stuff in my order I did not order they told me they were short staffed

Don't order online it's not worth it. Paid 10 dollars for a baby burrito.....
Looks like the person making it was afraid to make it. That's the last time....Update 11pm this place closes the doors were locked at 9pm with no explanation why….

Worst service EVER! Sat there and waited at the window for about 10 minutes while one employee was making all the online orders, and the other 3 employees were messing around. The 3 employees who were messing around looked right at me, but chose to ignore me. After I was handed my food (which was already paid for online), I checked to make sure it had my sides of guac and napkins/forks. I had the right number of bowls, the right number of guac, but no napkins or forks in the bag (and it was listed on the order, because I requested them. I looked back into the store, and the girl was very short with me after asking if I could get napkins and utensils. I ordered three bowls, she pulled 3 forks out of the holder, then only handed me two...she put one back. I said "excuse me, but I had 3 bowls." She gave me a disgusting look and grabbed 3 more forks and slammed the window shut. I never did get any napkins handed to me. Got back home to also discover that there was very little rice, very little beans, not much meat and very little of everything else. Was so disappointed!! I had also just read something about Chipotle speaking out AGAINST stores not portioning their food out correctly. I went on the app to file a complaint, hoping it would transfer me to a live person, but it didn't. I wanted compensated for the poor customer service and the lack of proper portion sizes, alas I was also disappointed in that because all it said was that it would forward the issue to the management of that restaurant, to which I have yet to hear anything back from regarding my issue. Also another issue I had, was I was going to order from another location, but this one was closer and oddly enough was $4 total cheaper. Think I made a mistake choosing this location.

Not only is this place dirty, the staff is not friendly. I asked for a side of vinaigrette and I got a drop in a cup. Asked if I could buy some if that’s all that’s in the cup. They said that’s all you get in a cup even if you buy extra. Terrible!! Will never go to this location again.
