This Chipotle is the absolute worst. Extremely slow, ALWAYS an issue.Always hearing “It’s going to be about 10 minutes to take your order.” Or you show up and the doors are locked.- No running water.- POS system is down.- Need to make more food.Today the bathroom is out of service. Are you allowed to operate an active dining room without a restroom facility?

Food had no flavor, and the girl with the long dreds was looking like she didn't want to be their. (She looks sleepy with an attitude) the poor cook wasn't properly trained, the steak was hard. To me it should have been cooked low & slow "Mexican style "I payed $18 for a Chipotle Bowl with 2 bags of chips and a drink. I did not make it to the taco stand so I settled for this. In my opinion, they need some training.

The worst Chipotle I’ve ever received food from. I tried sending the manager an email of the food I’ve received because of how much of a disgrace it was. If you want to waste your money, at least go to a casino, maybe you’ll actually get a quality product.

This is the third time I have visited this location over the course of two months. Every single time they are always out of something this time it was the fajita peppers, it’s literally 3 o’clock in the afternoon and none are being made. Upper management/corporate needs to step in.

The person at the window who handed off my bag was very friendly, no complaints about service but the food was rough…First and foremost, if you have allergies I would not recommend this location, because it is evident that cross contamination is a serious problem. My daughter’s build-your-own box had a huge glob of avocado in the cheese, and beans mixed into the rice. (She was supposed to receive black beans and NOT rice anyway…but we got rice with a couple black beans thrown in).Secondly, all of the rice in both of our meals was cold and hard. The steak was also cold. My toddler didn’t eat dinner, because toddlers are picky and she didn’t want avocado in her cheese or rice instead of beans. And you can’t call and talk to a real person so I guess we are out of luck and $15 ??♀️

Steak had a lot of gristle. This continues to be an issue. Pay a little bit extra and go to Las Mariachas in Groveport or on S High. So much better

They were out of most of the items I get. The place was kind of dirty and looks like they already started shutting down over an hour before closing time and didn't make enough food for the evening... Or just ran out?I would have been okay with what they did have, but the burrito was small and missing items I wanted and still charged full price. I asked two different people and they just strugged their shoulders about paying full price for half a burrito ?
