Got the Royal Choco Brownie Blizzard. The guy who made it gave me both brownie bites and Oreo cookie bites! YUM! Thank you!

I brought my 14.5 year old Bully here for a taste of chocolate before having her put down. You guys were so compassionate and understanding. The young lady at the drive thru was super nice and understanding. You guys only charged me 1.00. (I didn't get much for her because she was having stomach issues that day but no dog should leave this world without some ice cream and hot fudge) Thank you for making a horrible day a little easier with your understanding.
Cheeseburger was old, bun was stalle, toppings looked old, fries were cold and hard, shake was okay at best. Very disappointing .

Good food, fast service! Got a couple chili cheese dogs, pup cup, and Oreo milkshake. The first visit, the ice cream items were a bit melted but the second time they were great!

We come here quite often as we live down the street, ice cream is always consistent but it’s really disappointing to see how rude the manager is to these young employees. She clearly hates her job, the poor boy who usually helps us always has a positive attitude despite the manager verbally acosting the staff with every sentence on multiple occasion.

The employees are very nice, however... I usually receive my order with something being incorrect. They never give you a receipt, so you're not sure what they actually charged you for.

So I decided to stop in here at 1:30 pm on Tuesday to get an ice cream cone. I’ll admit It’s been a while since I’ve been to a DQ so I couldn’t remember how they do their sizing. So when she asked me what size I asked for two scoops. I kind of forgot that they do soft serve so they don’t scoop it out. So after snipping an attitude with me a little bit while saying that through the speaker, they then proceed to mock me because they don’t think I can hear them through the still open drive-through window. if you’re going to insult your customer base, make sure they can’t hear you. I mean is it too much to ask to be treated with kindness and respect? At least the guy at the window was nice.

I love ice creams.
Ordered a misty freeze (slush with ice cream mixed in), never ordered a misty slush a day in my life, get to the window & they have me a slush. They took my card, paid me out, then handed me my drink carrier. When they handed me the food, I asked politely to have the drink corrected. “I’m sorry to inconvenience you but I wanted a misty freeze like with the ice cream in it, is it possible to fix it and mix ice cream in it” and the reply I got from a manager (blue shirt) was “no I already cashed you out, sorry” ??? Okay maybe let’s not cash people out until you make sure you get the order correct then. Or maybe have your people double check their work at the drive thru? Not only is the order always wrong for us in some fashion, but now they won’t do add-ins at the window, or fix their mistakes. (Week before that they forgot my side of cheesecake bites & refused to give it to me at the window bc it was an “add on”, yeah at your drive thru speaker?) logic and good attitudes are lacking here
Order is often wrong, employees speak monotone & unfriendly, they seem more busy talking to one another than making sure they're giving out the correct order.
