They never have pot pies when ibgo at 12pm they are put. Everything is cold and the place is filthy. They never have workers and when they do they flirt and gonin the bathroom with each other. I went today, the lobby was closed but drive thru was open and no pot pies again for the 3rd day in a row. It needs to be shut down.

This location like many others is suffering with staffing, but they are trying their hardest you can tell, the food was miss delivered in the drive thru, and they worked to fix it, but I did have a wait. If you are patient and understanding, visit them, they really care for their customers, but if you are in a hurry and annoyed if mistakes happen then ....

They Didnt have there outside lights on So it looked like the Place was closed, It was Very Cold inside I think Manager forgot to do Everything turn on Lighting outside, Heat the place, The Price you pay for the long john Silver Food is High For the Quality of Food you get, Would not go

It took forever to get our food, and the place was FREEZING! Also, the staff was not only unsympathetic, but quite rude when we complained. They said that they needed to give priority to the drive-throughs.

Today I went to KFC for lunch. I and soaked with oil as if it was refried. The shrimp was also soaked with oil along with the fries and the hush puppies just crumbled they were so hard! Called to speak to manager and told him about my expirence and he suggested to bring the food back to get a refund because they will not do a refund over the phone. I advised him that Im already at home and do not wish to come back because I have to work and was very upset because they had me wait for food that was not right! He said there is nothing else he could do then said mam you have a good day and hung up the phone! I will NEVER order from this location again!

DINNER AND A SHOW!Food was hot and good. Had to wait about 15 minutes for it.Staff was not the friendliest. I am guessing it was the manager was rude and yelled at guests.Even got a show as the drive through worker cussed out a customer and challenged them to a fight.

I gave this place couple chances but very Disappointment. Sometimes you wait for over 30mins for your food and the still get it wrong or give you someone else's food. Sad thing they are not busy here so they can't used that is Excuse... but Today i finally gave up on this place. Employees inside but drive thru and front door was closed and they were laughing inside so I am done eating somewhere else now.

2nd time we have had a terrible meal from here. Spent 65.00 on a 16 PC tender meal and 2 mashed potato bowls Chicken was grossly over cooked ..(Like jerky) biscuits were so crunchy, not edible.They didn't put the lid tight on a gravy and it spilled all over everything. Didn't get our Fries .I'm done .. they will not ever get anymore of my money.

(Experience was mid-late 2021)This place was dead. What I don't understand (from a perspective from back then) is why this place was so dead even for then. I get all the reviews about bad food, but our food was just as good as any other KFC location around. Even the corn wasn't bland unlike how most KFC corn dishes are.
I don’t know the name of the guy, he’s younger and has long hair. I just wanted to leave a review and say how sweet and hard of a worker he is. There’s been more than one occasion he’s had to be the only person working there and I know how stressful and lonely that can get. I think he deserves to be acknowledged for still being nice even if under stress!! He deserves a raise. I wish I knew his name.

Tried to order delivery, the order went through and was confirmed by this location. Then the wait time just kept going up, I was getting really frustrated as I was at work and very hungry. Then I got a text saying my order was cancelled, no explanation. Now my refund is gonna take 5 to 7 days to go through. Needless to say I'm pretty mad.

Loved the spicy chicken sandwich! Everything was delicious & hot; drive-thru service was fast & efficient.Update: I went to their drive-through tonight at about 8:15. I should begin by saying that this KFC location is combined with Long John Silver's. During the greeting at the speaker, the employee stated that, "... just so you know, we are not serving any more Long John Silver's tonight, and we are out of chicken tenders." So, I asked, "Do you have mashed potato bowls?" She said, "Yes, but we're out of corn." OK... I then asked, "How about chicken pot pies?" She replied, "We don't have chicken pot pies, either." At that point, I asked why they even bothered to stay open & gave up.For that, I knocked off 2 stars from my rating, but probably should have deducted more.

Every bad word you can think of needs to apply to this place this is not kfc everyone needs to be fired starting with that nasty dred head manager everything horrible never had burnt nasty kfc chicken.. I gave the first order back and the remake was worst dirty chicken on the floor workers standing eating in the middle of the kitchen I can go on and on but hey corporate fix it in Jesus name
