After ordering and paying, I checked my order was two pies short , I mentioned it and wastold they don’t have pies. I asked if they still sold them and was informed it would be a 12 minute wait. No offer to refund, rude about the whole issue, maybe l shouldn’t expect to get what I paid for but maybe I can be a couple bucks short if I go back.
Seems like the intention was to let me drive off and find out. My intention is to just make sure everyone checks their order and stops the drive through until corrected due to their poor service.

This visit was absolutely horrible. I placed an order online at 1047 pm. My husband was going to pick it up. When he got there he called me and said he was in number 3 curbside. I went to the app and put it in and got the generic messages that they would be out shortly. 15 min later I called and asked when he would be back he said he was still waiting. I checked the app and it showed a digital receipt. The order never came. And when he went through the drive thru they couldn’t find the order. They said I would have to come up there myself to figure it out because if it wasn’t door dash they couldn’t find it. This was a big order. When I got there they said there was no way that I ordered curbside bc that ended at midnight. He was there since 1110. Miraculously they found my order but it was after midnight before we got it and I’m pretty sure it was the same food that they prepared over an hour before be everything was cold and even the nuggets were soggy. I will NEVER order from this location again!!

I've been going here for awhile and recently they have went downhill. The girl who takes orders doesn't listen and just puts in what she wants twice now I have ordered the $5 meal and she has charged me for all separate items and then when I tried to correct some lady in the back got am attitude. Just listen and do your job. I hate complaining but it's getting old.

Ordered the new gold Mccrispy. They had me wait for the mcrispy for 5 minutes, so I was excited thinking I was getting something fresh. I ended up getting a wrong Luke warm deluxe mcrispy with no mayo or sauce instead. The fries were fresh atleast

Rude as hell. Forgot my sauce and when I waited to ask for some, one worker was like “they’re just standing there waiting for something” while laughing. Another worker came and when I asked for sauce she said “that’s all you wanted?” And went to the back and started laughing with other coworkers. Then proceeded to talk about us. Also completely ignored my sister twice when she said “excuse me” trying to ask for something that they forgot. AND there was grass in the food.
went in and ordered inside because their drive through is always packed. i placed an order for dine-in at 10PM. I was unaware their dining closed at that time and was never informed by any of the workers until half an hour later a man in a neon green beanie told us in a very stern voice that their dine-in is not 24hours and that he had given us time but we had to leave. their tables were all disgusting with crumbs and messes so i had assumed they had people dining in prior and just didn’t have time to clean their tables but no. very rude service and they’re always super busy.

There's really not much to say, the front is not staffed, orders are really only done on kiosks and you wait for them to bring your order to the front counter, from behind a wall. You don't see them make the food or how they handle the doors. Mostly a very impersonal experience, it's basically a get your food and get out restaurant. Very uninviting. I only order here if I'm really hungry and anything along my drive will do. Basically, just one small step up from gas station dining.

Was given cold fries today. I had to wait forever to get them replaced and was given more fries that were not cold this time but close to it.
