Everything is bad. You will always get OLD fries. The customer service is HORRIBLE, and yea every piece of food you will get will be old.

Never go to this location. They didn't get our mobile order, when we told them what our order was supposed to be, they slammed the window closed before we could finish the order. They got it wrong, and when we asked them to fix it they were extremely rude about it.

went through the drive thru and sat in the second line for 5 minutes with about 6 other cars going and ordering at the lane next to us with no signage posted indicating that lane we were in was closed and when we went inside the kiosk wasn’t working

Stopped here , visiting from another state, and ate breakfast. That sucked. They need to change their fry grease and quit serving dark greasy hash browns. My bag had grease all on it and the napkins too. I didn't order a side of grease. Hash browns were nasty cause they were crunchy 👍😡. Thanks McDonald's for messing up the start of my day.👍. Waste of money here and the pancakes were not nothing too brag about.

I had a LOT of free deals to redeem and was able to have them help me redeem like 20 or so per day for a few days. They were very patient and understanding. I sincerely appreciate the help and the overall niceness I received during what probably seemed like a hectic time.

Placed a mobile order at 9:21pm I was only 5 minutes away arrived store was dark. Employee sitting down inside on his phone. Woman on speaker says they are closed. Then why did it accept my order? So I wasted gas to get there. No compensation for inconvenience. Then i asked how to cancel my order she said on the speaker just hit cancel in the app? Where? SMH. I received email at midnight my order was cancelled. If you’re going to close. Shut down the mobile app!

Started at Rome Hilliard Rd “system down be like 15 minutes” don’t know why they leave the lights on when they are closed but hey it’s how they roll. So I figured I’d hit the store on Alum Creek heading into the industrial park and I sit while I guess they get the system up and running there. Two drive thru lines just sitting for like 10 minutes without a word then they start taking orders from only one side car after car after car I had to get out and remind them that they have two lanes. Took a minute but they caught on. Finally order close to 20 minutes after arriving (second car in line at the wrong speaker I guess) I order my usual Late with an extra shot wait in line to pay just to be told the all to familiar “I’m so sorry our machine is being cleaned” wow I am totally commited to never giving a 24 hour McDonald’s another dime of mine I’ll stick with the good folks at Main Street Hilliard
YMMV but they will get you sooner or later

The Resort Soap and Candle Company

My husband picked up breakfast on his way home from work. He got me a bacon egg and cheese bagel.the bottom of the bagel was rock hard. The cheese was hard, the bacon barely cooked, and the egg looked like it had been sitting for a long time. We live 3 minutes from this location and nothing in our order was even warm to the touch. Something needs to be done about this location
