I have been coming to this wendys for months and only have issues during dinner time. I get attitude from the drive thru attendants everytime I come thru. I started putting in an order 10-15 before leaving my house because the wait for food is 10+ min regularly and when I put in a mobile order they still pull me forward and make me wait 10-15 additional minutes. Why am I getting pulled forward when I'm the only car in the drive thru. Finally I get my food and it's all a mess and half cold still. This place is decent during the morning and day but terrible after 4p

I have never in my life encounter the experience that I did this evening at one of your locations in Obetz, Ohio (01101676) #3366. I placed the order through the drive-through ordering your triple cheeseburger, and a large fry. I was excited to see the any size fry coupon on the mobile app and I had added it to my card. After placing my order I went up the second drive-through window, there was a young black male Light complexion with spiky/ Afro twist hair who was at the register. I showed him my phone with the coupon code that was added to my card for him to scan after multiple attempts. It was not taking off the discount. He did yell for someone to come up.

He says to me well the total is $11.38 and the scanner is not working. Its $11.38 (or something)

I replied…OK can you get your manager?

He replied….What did you say to me?

I replied… Can you get your manager to see if he can apply the code?

He said …Oh ok you need to fix your face when you’re talking to me and don’t look at me like that.

Now I’m looking puzzled because I can’t believe what was said and just transpired by me wanting to utilize a code on the app.

He then proceeds to go and get the manager. The manager did come, which was a white guy, tall with blonde hair. He scanned the code perfectly fine with my phone and told me my total $7.99.

I am truly bothered by this situation this evening because I just got off a 12 hour shift, and to encounter such rudeness from an employee at this Corporation that I frequently come to a minimum three times a week (not this particular location). I have never in all my years dealt with something like this. Totally was uncalled for. I understand we have a younger generation working at organizations like this and looking to begin their career path in the working world. My first job was at an Arby’s. I truly hope someone have a conversation with that young man, because it was unacceptable, inappropriate, and just all around unprofessional. I have always selected Wendy’s restaurant over other franchises weekly for lunch, but to be frank after that experience I do not think fast food (especially Wendy’s) is something that I will continue to support with behavioral like that. The sad part is even Email the corporate and have yet to receive a response from them. It’s really sad because I’m sure Dave Thomas Legacy is not what he envision from his corporation today.

Foods never correct IF they even answer the drivethru.
Frequently cash only, "out of" lettuce, tomatoes, even chicken one time.

The size drink and fries you get are hit or miss regardless of the order.

Management, they're usually rude if working the drive thru but everyone else is nice.

My husband stopped by the drive thru around 8:15pm 11/27/2024. The workers were very rude and didn't give him fries for 2 combos (a total of 4 meals). We noticed the fries were missing when he got home. We tried to call the store (twice), but it didn't go through. We don't have time to go back tonight. I will be calling them tomorrow. No receipt was given either.

I took one of the individuals for a frosty after cleaning the work van . I did try the new Carmel frosty it was 👍 👍 👍 keep that on the menu during the holidays.

I would give this 0 if I could. Pulled up to order and the girl on the speaker yells “WHAT” and then I ordered and came to the window and she opens the window and screamed at me to pull ahead and someone will bring it and then slammed the window in my face. The WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced

I paid for a large meal my fries weren't even filled up. I literally got a medium fry. Food wasn't fresh, fries were salt overload, and the veggies weren't fresh either. Get it together Wendy's

I stopped yesterday, ordered a large fry with my meal and drink. I got the large drink, but a small fry. Today I ordered a #1 Dave's single no lettuce, no tomatoe. I got a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato on it. Very frustrating that twice there have been dinner interrupting issues with your Wendy's.

I literally had the same issue from the guy below me. I ordered a kids meal and replaced the drink with a frosty. They handed me my order and I said “I also ordered a frosty” “our frosty machine is down” and I said “do I get a refund or anything?” And the worker said in a rude tone “well you ordered online so you have to talk to them online” very rudely. Didn’t even offer to give me a kids meal drink instead. Ridiculous and rude!!

I ordered through the website and went in to pick it up and they told me they had no frostys available, (I had a pineapple one on my online order) gave me a look like I was stupid and when I asked about a refund for that item the worker shrugged and said I had to go through the app and try to get a refund. Then when I tried to do that, I had an impossible time connecting with an agent via the live chat. Once I finally got ahold of someone via phonecall they hung up on me after leaving me on hold for 3 minutes.

They were obviously lazy when we went. I got 3 kids meals and 1 biggie bag. Most of the hamburgers and nuggets where missing and i mean we got 2 burgers. We got home and got our food out. Well believe me I had some very upset kids. And I was extremely ticked off. I will not be going back to this location. What really upset me is I had to sit in a parking space for 30 mins waiting on our food. It was not busy and it was a pretty early diner. No reason for any of that to happen.
