Ai messed up my drive through order somehow, for the employees to gen z stare at me, like it was my fault ai sucks, and me getting my order right was odd. Covid really did a number, man.

One of my worst experiences at Wendy's ever! The cashier took 15 minutes staring at the screen telling us we needed to wait to place our order. Finally after a while we ordered and the cashier didn't get down everybody's meal, the meals were incomplete and the fries were cold. Then one of the workers hands my Frosty to some guy who just walked in the door!

The workers are always rude. They were out of egg before 930am. Ordered 4 sandwiches and got 3. Was told to pull up bc they were working on fresh potatoes. Potatoes were ice cold when they arrived to me 5 minutes later. I was the only one in line and they still messed up my order.

bad place i got in to order a food and the bigl lady was at the register and when i walked to her she walked away to the kitchen and i stand their everybody is watching me almost 15 mins even the manager she saw but she didnt say anything i am like what the hell and i left 0000000000 stares for this place
Recently stopped in around 6:30 PM to order a number six, which is a spicy chicken sandwich. Once I walked into the building, it had a smell of urine. The dining room did need to be clean, but maybe they were busy so I can overlook that, my food was OK. I feel like the chicken wasn’t fresh a little hard but not horrible and neither were the fries.

Food is usually lukewarm at best & they're out of one thiior another at times. Employees attitudes aren't friendly either; as if they don't like working there, as if it's my or whomevers fault.

I prefer ordered my food I get here and it still isn't even started. Its been over 40mins and still haven't go my food smh they lucky I already paid!!!!🤬🤬 this has happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks.

I order a Baconotor combo with 6 peace, spice nuggets, and a Coke. The fries was cold the nuggets was cold and the drink was warm
Let me first start by saying MOST of the staff were so kind, and treated me with respect. I want to say thank you for making me feel less awkward in a tense, awkward situation. I had a BAD drive thru experience, BUT they made it right. I only left a 4 star on food because they did forget my Baconator on 2nd time around. 4 star on service and atmosphere because although they made it correct, there was one person who was unprofessional and disrespectful. The GM. I had to wait for him to come in, as he came in completely disheveled, yawning, wiping his eyes - WITHOUT knowing the situation, he just raised his voice and said he WAS NOT replacing my order, just because of the price. Just the way he handled the situation, especially with my 11 yr old daughter there, was unprofessional and disrespectful. HIS team corroborated my sorry and in the end the order was replaced. The GM walked away with me thinking I was getting nothing, but I stood there, firm, and his sent his employees to tell me 1. I wasn't getting anything. 2. I was getting a refund (and I showed said employee that the total at the register was more than I paid and showed it was like 4-5 less) 3. I was then told they were replacing my order. Not once after the GM got angry, hollered, and stormed off did he come back and make things right, apologize, or anything. My daughter and I are not used to grown men raising their voices and throwing a hand up at us so I think that is what made my blood boil so much, because I can Def assure you that he would never had done that had my husband been standing there. He should thank his team for the 4. It was THEIR professionalism and THEIR kindness that has prompted me to leave a 4.
How is Wendy’s out of hamburgers? I ordered through the app, went to pick up my food, and found out they only have chicken today. You would think there would be a way for the restaurant to let corporate know so they could flag that in the app. Complete waste of my lunch break.
Never get your order right, check your food sucks getting home spending 30 an have nothing to eat yourself cause thay can't get it right.
