Rude staff and unclear communication.
I reserved a room at Clementine‘s to throw my sister a baby shower. I’m from out of state and drove a day to get there.
The waiter was yelling at my elderly staff to shut the door. “For the love of god shut the door.” Was shouted in front of all my guest to an elderly family member who doesn’t speak English well.
