Insanely disappointed in my experience at Falls Family Restaurant. My girlfriend had old floating food in her coffee and our server was so frazzled that I just had to take it up to the counter to get her another cup. Pretty gross, but we both understood that it was a busy day so we were at least going to give them another chance.

Then we get our food. My meal was fine. I ordered a Greek omelet and it was totally passable. It was cooked correctly and tasted as a gyro omelet should. However, my girlfriend ordered the meatloaf dinner and it wasn’t up to par. It tasted like it was out of a box or a frozen meal. Her mashed potatoes were cold and the gravy was average but unsalted. She also received a side of carrots that were ice cold and had another customer’s old lipstick on the plate. Once she noticed the dirty plate, she was over the entire experience. We told a server about the dirty plate and weren’t offered any sort of refund. We were offered a new serving of carrots, but she didn’t want cold carrots either way. At this point, we were both pretty livid and just wanted to leave, but had to wait approximately 25 minutes to get our bill after finishing our food.

We won’t be back. I cannot recommend this place, even for a cheap meal. My food was average and hers was far below that. The plates and cups were dirty and definitely not properly cleaned. Absolutely disgusting and very disappointing.

Neat restaurant with great tasting food and a wide selection of food to choose from. Highly recommend the stuffed french toast with peach topping! 🤤

First time visit. Food was good, service fast and friendly. Will definitely be coming back again!

Wait staff was less than pleasant! The waitresses are all older and I expected them to be welcoming, but found them abrupt.

My first time there. Went through 3 cups of water because they were dirty. Silverware was dirty. I just had a basic breakfast. My potatoes were cold. Server never came back. I love my food. I travel to different restaurants to try their food.
I definitely won't back. Sad to say.

Dirty cups and silverware. Mediocre food.

First time here and will not be returning. Staff was either rude or didn't speak to you at all. Waitress slammed the check on my table and walked away at the end without saying anything, after only checking on us once the whole meal. Breakfast food was expensive & subpar at best. Expected a lot more hospitality from a family diner, definitely did not feel welcome.
