Food was fantastic and the service was outstanding!!! Such a cozy scenic restaurant. Highly recommended!

This was our third visit within the last few months. There was a minor issue with our order but it was resolved quickly and perfectly. Always a great place to eat for amazing food. Our server Billy was professional and super friendly and was a pleasure to make his acquaintance.

Parking: Small lots that fill quickly along with on street spots. It is public parking which can be used by surrounding businesses and fills quickly.

My parents and I went to the Steakhouse part of the Olmsted Falls location. Our server was Amanda and her and her team were professionals. The atmosphere is good because you don’t have to talk loud over other tables on a crowded night. All of us were pleased with our entrees, I also had the French Onion Soup, which I am a connoisseur of, and it was good but for the price I would say it’s a cup of soup and not a bowl. Again, still good.
In summary, excellent service with very good food and selection of wines/beers, I recommend.
Next time I would go to the Pub part to try the burger or what my Dad got, the Paprikash, it looked and tasted amazing.

We had an outstanding experience at Gunselman’s, where Amanda and Kevin were our servers. We had a very large party to celebrate a family member’s 90th birthday, and the entire staff went out of their way to be sure we had an exceptional dining experience and were able to celebrate together. The food was incredible—one of the best steaks and shrimp I have ever had. From the incredibly attentive staff to the absolutely outstanding food, I would give Gunselman’s my highest recommendation.

The atmosphere is quite lovely. The bar area was quaint and bathrooms were nice and clean. However, the dining area needs some soundproofing as it was so loud that you Couldn’t hear your conversations with family. It also was quite cold in the restaurant area, which made it uncomfortable.

However, the most disappointing part was the food. The steaks were not seasoned and had a taste of charred gas, the lobster tails were stuck on the shells and had more of an oil flavor. The seafood with grits was extremely spicy more like a jambalaya. The grouper fingers, brussels sprouts, and shrimp appetizers were very good, but the main courses were not desirable.

Hopefully, they will be able to fix some of the entrées. It is is a very lovely place, but for the price, they definitely need to step it up. And also, it was my nephew‘s birthday and a free dessert was not included for him. Most high-end restaurants, including the marble room, include a free dessert for the birthday person, especially when you are a high price tag.

We arrived early for our 6:30 reservation (living in Olmsted Falls, you know to plan extra time in case of train crossings). Our table wasn't ready for our early arrival, so we had the option to go downstairs and get pre-dinner drinks at the pub, while we waited. It really gave us the opportunity to explore both sides of the venue I'm a single dining experience and we really felt that it added to our experience. And the food? It was so good, that I wanted to keep eating long after I was full. We will definitely be back and we will definitely be recommending Gunselmans Steakhouse to all of our friends. Don't forget to arrive early for your pre-dinner drinks!

We were there last week for dinner for our anniversary and the food portion and taste were both excellent. I was there the previous week downstairs at the Pub which was also nice and had a great selection of food. The attentiveness upstairs by everyone including the owner was the best I ever experienced in Cleveland. I highly recommend trying both out.

This was our first time dining at Gusselmans Steakhouse and we enjoyed every minute. The food and atmosphere was amazing. Ali was our server and she was very sweet and personable. We will definitely be repeat customers.

It is so great getting a downtown restaurant experience in the heart of the suburbs! The atmosphere is warm and elegant but the neighborhood feel is not lost. I am always excited to reccommend or bring out-of-towners here!
