Teresa's Pizza - Olmsted Township

Pizza was awsome! Cheese actually tasted like cheese and plentiful, crust was baked to perfection.

Ordered delivery from here 3 times...something wrong, missing or late every time. Late tonight on delivery...they said an hour but was an hour and a half late. Manager said they ran out of bread sticks and for the 2nd time on a delivery they forgot my pop. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING HERE AGAIN.

Delicious food, but come on Theresa! Hire enough people to answer your phones! Even during busy times, no one should be waiting 20 minutes on hold just to put in a 30-second order. I waited on hold for literally 20 minutes and then you guys just hung up on me without ever answering. Good food will never outweigh bad customer service :(

This was my first time trying their pizza. The XL round pizza was cut into squares. Very disappointed. Everyone knows it doesn't taste as good when it's cut that way.

Good pizza in roller oven.

We got a dozen wings and an xl pepperoni mushroom pizza. Nothing about the pizza tasted homemade mushrooms were obviously canned and rubbery, crust was like a school lunch and sauce tasted like lunchables. Wings had great flavor and were very meaty! I would have liked them cooked a little longer to crisp up skin but overall delicious. Staff was very friendly and prompt. Restaurant seems clean and orderly.

Good food and good service. Definitely try their Friday fish fry for 9.99.

Way over priced.pizza is just ok. And the large pizza is actually a medium.$26 for a $12 pie.

Ordered a bbq chicken pizza, nothing about it was good. Sauce tasted horrible, toppings barely cooked. 1/10 would not recommend

The special coupons never work.
1-never the correct price and 2-say they expired the previous month.
I double checked and the dates for coupon was valid October 2024.
I try to support local but can't when they play games with price and coupons, a killer for business.
Should have been $17.99 per offers and good today.

I called and spoke to the owner about allergens in their food. We have an egg allergy and my husband was bringing this home for dinner. The owner was so knowledgeable. He was able to rattle off all the ingredients and when I asked about another menu item, he wasn't sure but took the time to go check. I appreciate thetime he took to check so we could safely eat.

Then comes the actual pizza. So good!! Great flavor in the sauce, the crust is the perfect mix of thick/thin, and there's tons of toppings.

I visit Teresa's about twice a week for their lunch specials and our office places larger catering/take out orders there regularly. They make a great pizza. The owner always treats us like family.

Been awhile sense I had Teresa's, Last location was in Maple Heights 12 YRS AGO. , And this place did just that,.Pizza was very Good.
Was made Perfect and it was Fresh and Hot...
