We ordered through Uber eats and they didn’t provide the tortillas that came with the meal. Hard to eat the dinner without them - especially seeing we paid $16 for that meal. We ordered three meals and only received one salsa and a small bag of chips that was halfway full. There was not an option to add salsa and chips on or I would have.

Mi Rancho Mexican Restaurant seemed like it was going to be a hit right from the start. The place has a super inviting feel with all its bright colors and the kind of upbeat Mexican tunes that make you want to tap your feet. I flagged down one of the friendly staff, expecting a quick fix or at least some sort of "let's make this right" gesture. But the response was pretty much a nonchalant "oh ok..." and then nothing. No correction, no "let me fix that for you," nada. Just left with the wrong dish and a bit of disappointment... not even a, "let me discount that for you..."I was really rooting for Mi Rancho, especially after such a warm welcome. But the way the mix-up was handled (or not handled) kinda threw off the whole vibe. I mean, a simple mistake is one thing, but not making an effort to sort it out? That's where it stings a bit.In the end, I'm glad I tried it out, but I'm not sure I'd go back. It's not just about getting the order right; it's about how places deal with those inevitable slip-ups that show they really care about their customers. A bit of a letdown, to be honest, because everything else had the makings of a great dining spot.

We’ve gotten takeout fromMi Rancho three times in the past few months, and every time my food has been awesome. Their specialty quesadillas have been especially good. Greasy and messy for sure, but that’s just what I wanted. My family had enjoyed their food as well. Keep up the great work and I’m sure we’ll be back!

The food was good. The tacos were some of the best that I have tried while traveling. I had stopped at a Mexican restaurant in Lancaster and was disappointed. The tacos here were very flavorful. I got one of each, and they tasted excellent. My only complaint is the Horchata drink. They make it with water instead of milk. This is a must-try if you are looking for an authentic Mexican experience.
