How do you run out of Italian bread? Ask this store. As I stood there for 5 minutes as he made an online order and asks” what can I get you?” An Italian footlong! “ We are out of that bread” WHAT? YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT WHILE I WAS STANDING HERE OR PUT UP A SIGN ON THE CLASS?!?!

Absolute garbage experience, i had a full size turkey sub and watched the guy put no more than 5 of the thinnest turkey slices Ive ever seen. This isn't even a meal at this point. Absolutely never going there again. Pathetic.........

I placed an online order and the website said it was ready for pickup...WRONG...when I arrived it had not even been started. They were also out of the ingredients for one of the subs. Poor service at this location!

12:47 pm: walked in store, 12:53: began order, (The Beast) 12:59: paid for meal, 1:05, finished meal, 1:12 late for Church, 1:17, made it to church, 1:22 walked into church, 1:34 stomach starts acting up, 1:41 I start to get restless, 1:47 I soiled my britches and it ran down light brown tractor supply & co kaki pants and seeped into my white dress socks, everyone staring at me I made a run for it. Why am I telling you this you may ask? Subway on Columbia rd, you have ruined my life and reputation, my wife is leaving me and taking the kids, thanks a lot Sam.

The worst experience I've ever had inside a food establishment. Whoever this worker is needs to be let go or massively retrained. I payed almost 30$ for a sub and salad and this guy absolutely refused to put in lettuce for the salad and there was virtually no meat. I asked him as nice as possible 3 TIMES and he barely put a pinch in there. I can't imagine ever returning to this subway and unfortunately if I see this worker inside I would probably just turn around and walk out. Apologies if this seems dramatic but for those prices I would expect an employee to understand how to make a salad.

Placed an online order at 530. Order was stated in the app to be ready at 545. Order had not even been made by then. Waited an additional 15 mins with other customers waiting to pick up their online orders before leaving without food. This has happened on multiple occasions when trying to get food here. Don't waste your time order somewhere else. Ownership and management clearly keep the place understaffed during the dinner rush. EDIT: Just refund my order that I didn't even get to pick up because it had not even been started 30 mins after placing it.

First store I have shopped in that charged me tax on a sub to go. Ordered a 6 inch turkey which was advertised at 5.99 and was charged 6.48, to go. Clerk insisted that was the charge and refused to do anything about it even after we both read the menu that said 5.99. Even after I pointed out there is no tax on food to go. Again, clerk refused to do anything to correct the problem. Bad experience—-beware at this location. This happened at 1PM 6/25.
