I ordered my cheesesteak wrong. Didn't realize I had to pick items that I did not want to be removed from the sandwich (by default). They made me 2 new sandwiches and made it right! The food was good service was better. Appreciate you!

If you’ve ever eaten at a fast food restaurant and your order barely resembled the appetizing picture on the menu display, you are in for a treat. OS&H serves up meals that look great and taste great. The only downside is the music is a little loud making lunch conversations a little difficult.Parking: Large lot shared with grocery store and other businesses.

Went up here to check it out and was pleased with how the place is. Everything on the menu sounds good and what I ended up getting was very good and was super worth the price hope the place catches on they deserve

This a great sandwich shop. I usually order to go but there is a nice seating area. Their cheese steaks are very good. Then I discovered the South Philly ordered hot and it was fantastic. My wife got the spicy Italian cold cut and that was really good too. The tots are stuffed not like your normal tots. I like the well seasoned cajun fries as well. They also have vegetarian cauliflower sandwichs I haven't tried those yet. Every time I've been there the staff has been very friendly and welcoming. One time I showed up literally a couple minutes before closing and they had the grills all cleaned up but they gladly still made me a sandwich. Honestly, I wouldn't take any heed to the few bad reviews, you can't go wrong with this place. I highly recommend it.

As fresh and authentic as you can get. You won’t find a better sandwich anywhere else. The tots are amazing and so unique. You gotta try this place out.
So I order the same thing everytime I go here or any philly style steak sandwich shop. A large plain steak sandwich (no mushrooms or onions) with hot pepper relish only and double meat. And this is what I got. a 9.4oz steak sandwich for $17... So the bread weighs 3+ ounces alone. And if I got double meat then that put a single order of meat at 3oz. This is not the first time but it was busy and there were a lot of orders the last time I was there so I figured someone messed up. But this time I was the only one in the store besides the employees. I would like to assume that they got my order right since they weren't busy.At this point I will not be going back, either its ridiculously expensive or they are cheap on the meat. I will try one of the other franchises in the area but I will never go back here.

I don't like writing bad reviews however, I do think it's important to provide feedback good or bad. Today was definitely one of the most disappointing sandwiches I've had in a long long time. I picked up a few large cheesesteak sandwiches and literally... there was nothing on it! I've been there a few other times and honestly I thought it was pretty average place. I'm not sure why my experience this time was so different. You could have taken all those toppings and put it into about a third of that sandwich. It was like every other bite was eating a plain piece of bread.

Having lived in Philly, it's rare to find a real cheesesteak by Philly standards. Original Steaks and Hoagies in Olmsted Falls however, gets better every time I go. Their sandwiches are very good and worth the trip.

Nothing short of thievery! I paid $6 for 5 onion rings. This was my third visit, and had to go back each time because the order was wrong. This place is trash, and should be thrown out of our community!
