Our group of adults and kids liked the improved quality and portion of food from our previous visit a year ago. Service was prompt with all our orders. The manager was cordial making sure we were happy with our stay.
I had to wait for approximately 30min for a sad brisket meal, a number 16 and chicken strip meal. it wasn't rush hour 7pm on a Wed food so cold it needed a sweater.

Went to this Arby’s at around 7:45 spent over 30$ just for all of the food to be burnt and inedible once I got home. I will drive further next time to get food that isn’t as hard as a rock!!!!

Food was okay, ordered a large milkshake received a medium, got a large curly fry that had maybe 10 fries in it tops. Was so pitiful it was laughable lol. Not sure if it’s due to new employees learning or what but I don’t think I’ll be returning lol

I walked away for a second to take an important phone call and came back to my table and my milkshake and food was gone, an employee by the name of Gloria threw away my food.

The line was short, even though it was during lunch, rush hour… which should’ve told me something about the building itself. I had a milkshake that came out that had more milk shaken on the outside of the cup than on the inside. Somehow, the gal at the drive-through window didn’t realize that her hands were dripping with milkshake when she handed me the cup. The crispy chicken sandwich was soggy, and it looked like I had coleslaw instead of lettuce. The curly fries were not even curly; hey were just butt ends and nubbins of fries. Now, I know why I don’t eat out.

Typically this drive thru goes fast & I don't worry about my order being messed up..but recently the Buffalo sliders are just not very saucy...& also on this night I was shorted a jalapeño popper...?
