Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

We have been to this location in Ontario, OH in 4th street a half dozen times. EVERY TIME we go they say they are out of ONIONS. The last time there I said go to Meijer supermarket or Sam’s club up the road and buy some onions. Their excuse is they always run out of onions by the weekend. We only eat there on weekends. A steak sandwich without onions is not palatable. Unlikely going back. Even though Penn Station subs are only half as good, at least they have onions. Obviously totally mismanaged. That’s probably why they went out of business once before at this same location.

Food was very good. Was also very expensive for what we ordered. 2 small suds with small fry was $28.00. very a loud atmosphere inside the building. But overall wasn't a bad place. Although wife did get a little sick after she ate the old timer philly steak. Otherwise I would have given 5 star.

Do yourself a favor and go to Penn Station instead. Slightly better priced significantly better taste. I was looking forward to trying this. Unfortunately, the cheesesteak had very little flavor. I ordered the regular with the combo with cheese fries. Upon receiving my order I asked for ketchup and mayo and was told they didn't have mayo. I was only given two packets of ketchup. When I asked for more I was told no. Given all the food, I don't know how two packets were supposed to stretch between my sandwich and my fries. The little kid at the front counter had some sort of Napoleon complex being the gatekeeper of condiment.

The boss was very disrespectful and the food was messed up and the boss likes to put his hands on people

Food was okay but wasn't worth what you paid for it not enough meat and vegetables fries were Bland Subway or Jersey Mike's is way better

They were out if chicken wings, barely any meat on the sub, forgot one of our fries and there was a large puddle on the floor. Wouldn't go back
