I’m a regular here the food is always delicious, employees as always sweet and respectful. Usually I’m greates as soon as I walk in if they are busy only a 5-10 minute wait if that. Super clean highly recommended great service ☺️

Every time I go here at least one sandwich is wrong. Today I spent $30 in the drive thru and when I got home every sandwich was wrong. When I checked the receipt I saw that it wasn't even put in right. And I was really looking forward to my sandwich, that I cant eat now.

Shouldn't be sitting in the drive thru for a half hour.......

And now they've given me the wrong food twice in a row, and dont answer their phones, so now the rating goes down.

Waited 30 mins in the drive through to get the wrong meal. My kids started eating the cheese fries and realized it was the wrong meal. They took the meal from me and gave it to the people behind me and the people behind me gave them my food back to give to me

Absolute trash service and trash food, it's as if they dont have management. I ordered a dry rub wing and it came sitting in about 2 inches of yellow oil. The while box was soaked and dripping in it.... its a dry rub.....and then they wont answer the phone or rectify the issue. Couldn't be more displeased with the entire experience. Can't wait for this place to close down for good.

Awful!!! Ordered through uber eats, a DRY RUB and received an oily mess!!!! Won’t answer the phone and out $40!!!!! Get it together!!!!

We have been to this location in Ontario, OH in 4th street a half dozen times. EVERY TIME we go they say they are out of ONIONS. The last time there I said go to Meijer supermarket or Sam’s club up the road and buy some onions. Their excuse is they always run out of onions by the weekend. We only eat there on weekends. A steak sandwich without onions is not palatable. Unlikely going back. Even though Penn Station subs are only half as good, at least they have onions. Obviously totally mismanaged. That’s probably why they went out of business once before at this same location.

Food was very good. Was also very expensive for what we ordered. 2 small suds with small fry was $28.00. very a loud atmosphere inside the building. But overall wasn't a bad place. Although wife did get a little sick after she ate the old timer philly steak. Otherwise I would have given 5 star.
