Our meal was to go, but as always staff was friendly and professional. We drove 10 minutes out of our way to find it. That's how much we like 5 Guys.

We usually get consistently good food and service from a friendly staff but tonight was different. The person handing off the finished order was too busy talking football with the pic to acknowledge me, thank me, or put napkins in the bag. Frankly, he was a little rude. We’ve had instances where the bacon was missing from our bacon burger, or cheese was added to our hamburger, but the pic quickly remedied those instances. I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come…

Didn’t give me a milkshake

First... The food was the best. (My daughters are very picky eaters) And they loved it! Best burger I've heard in some time..... But.... 120 bucks for a family of 5 for basically fast food... Yikes... Work on those prices and you'll have customers daily instead of being In competition with local steak houses for a Friday night dinners!!!!!

Service was fantastic. They were very busy but when we walked in the grill cook asked what we were getting so our food was on the grill before we placed our order. They were stocking and cleaning the entire time we were there!

All the workers are super helpful and nice. This is the only place in Mansfield to get deep fried French fries that are also gluten-free. So this is my go to place whenever I have a craving since I have celiac disease. If you want a burger they will wrap it in the lettuce bun for you and it's so good!
