I wanted a Waffle and I was very happy with the options. Mine was topped with fresh strawberries. It was excellent, they also had turkey bacon as a side option. The food was perfectly prepared. My server Amani was very pleasant and attentive to my requests.

Well, we didn't even technically eat here. We walked in, and were sat down in a relatively timely manner. I noticed our table had the equivalent to an entire drink spilled underneath. I mentioned it to the waitress. There were a few people eating there. Our table, plus one other were the only two that were wiped down. Many empty tables sat with food plates on them. The waitress was nice enough and got our drinks. We placed our order. We kept getting more concerned that there was liquid under our feet. We wiped down our syrup bottle. Eventually, I waved down the waitress and asked her if we could cancel our order. We had lost our appetite with the quality of cleanliness we had seen. Now, to her credit, she was apologetic and very kind. We left her a tip, and headed to Bob Evans. This place is in serious need of better management.

This place is so hit or miss. Sometimes it’s clean and service is great. Lately though it’s been extremely dirty and the food is greasy and isn’t correct. Service is always decent though.

We live about 40 minutes away since there is no IHop around where we live. We arrived an hour before closing time. We were not expecting to dine in. Just to place a take out order which we thought showing up and hour before closing time would be enough time to place a take out order. I walk in and come to find out, they had closed the grills an hour before closing. We would have showed up sooner, but I had gotten off of work at 9 thinking that we should have been able to make it in enough time to place an order.
I get that business can be slow, but thinking of those who get off work late, I think the grills should stay open until maybe 20 to 30 minutes before close at least and not about an hour before closing.
It was a very nice clean restaurant. We had breakfast with all the choosing. The waitress was extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating. We had a large group with multiple checks she was amazing.

The whole restaurant is filthy dirty. Only 6 tables had people. And yet a large table was not cleaned in the 45 minutes I was there. The service sucks. Would not recommend
