Food just isn't good even when it's properly made which isn't often. The service is usually slow this location seems to have a big issue keeping staff. The store is usually kinda clean.

Oh boy... men's restroom was DISGUSTING...clogged toilet and vomit in the urinal. Waitress was nice enough, didn't write down our order, and it came out wrong. My son's sausage was inedible, it was burned so badly (I wonder what the cook was thinking when they put it on the plate). We watched the host throw a dishtowel to another employee over top of people eating.... Meals are overpriced for what you get quality wise.For a while we thought maybe this was some type of episode of "Punk'd."

Placed an order online, was charged for the order and then get there and the whole restaurant is closed!! Met a door dasher in the parking lot who was picking up an order and couldn't do that either!! No sign on door, no notice online!! Ridiculous that a store can close whenever they want but still let people order and be charged knowing they will never get their food!!

It took a long time to get our meals and they were lukewarm. The men's bathroom was a mess. Plus they were out of some things so we couldn't get what we wanted.

I've always gotten amazing service at IHOP, from very friendly and understanding employees to great food. I've never had a problem at IHOP and I've gone a good amount of times growing up. Definitely would recommend!Kid-friendliness: I always see families going to IHOP and they have a very nice kids menu as well! Great for families with kids!

We had a specialty pancake option, a waffle and home fries.... Pancakes were really good. Home fries were okay. Unfortunately, the waffle was basically cool, not warm or hot. So I don't think I'll ever do waffles in a place again like this.... I'm sure it's hard to keep waffles hot, but if the butter don't melt when I put it on it ain't hot! Who wants a cold waffle??

Employees ignore you when you come in. Hardly anyone there and no one would seat us. This is the second occasion within weeks apart that this has happened. Whoever runs this place is doing an awful job. It’s like they don’t care about who comes in and who leaves.

We went in at 9:50 and there was a paper sign on the door saying they close at 10 when they are supposed to be open until 12. We were just going to place an order to go, however the hostess was very rude and told us they were already closed and that the doors were locked (we walked in) and said she would show us. She followed us to the door and locked it behind us as we walked through.
