Love it but, drive through lady lied about not being able to make change!

Manager on duty was very rude about breaking a large bill. She tried to lie and say they didn’t have the cash in the store to cash it, yet handed me exact change in the largest denominational breakdown possible, very quickly when I explained that I know darn well they had change for the bill and that there was nothing posted about not taking large denominations of money. When I got home there was a bone in my chicken. Other than that the food was okay but I doubt I will return- I don’t want to have to argue to make a purchase somewhere and don’t want to choke trying to eat it.

Love the food and quick service

Trying to have some Chinese food on thanksgiving night. and it only takes 6 months in drive thru line, finally I arrived at the drive thru window. Not sure how it tastes tho, since I’m still waiting for my order.

The service was okay not bad not great restaurant from what I can see looked okay Not clean not dirty Just okay My complete is the food got a plate I asked for a double order beef and broccoli with fried rice I pay $10 for hard uncooked broccoli and cold tough rice. Yeah like maybe four pieces of actual so-called beef I'm sorry that's an oxymoron love so-called beef it was also cold I don't know why it is every time I come into Ontario Ohio the fast food sucks but it does. At this point it had to say I've had better experiences at McDonald's and then at this panda I paid again $10 for rice and some cold hard ass nasty broccoli.

Came here for the first time in probably a year. The young girl who helped me was nice but they were low on lots of items waited 10-15 minutes for pepper chicken ended up getting something else. Place is very clean.

I have never been disappointed in Panda Express. The food is fresh and consistently delicious. And price is reasonable for the portion size.

Elise and Lou were very kind. Using a scooter they helped get me to table and very attentive.

They are very often out of super greens or brown rice.

Evident that the crew did not care this particular day. Super Greens were chopped way too big, the Chow Mein was about 10 percent noodles, the Beef & Broccoli was way light on beef, and the containers were not full. (This was a Family Meal.) Will think twice before I order from this one again.
