I’m so happy you reopened in the mall I’ve already been twice and each time the pretzels were better than I remembered. The employees are all great they are working so hard to fulfill the tons of orders and they were able to do that and still be incredibly nice. I love how clean the whole restaurant is and I can’t wait to get more pretzels.
Very slow service. One making pretzel dogs. 1 doing all serving and prep and one in back. Pretzel bites not as good as usual. Its been a while since i stopped there so nothing to compare.
Great pretzels and sauces here. They are friendly but slow moving lines. You do wait for about 10 to 20 minutes sometimes before you get to order. BUT, they are always fresh and hot! Tastes great. The line is just crazy sometimes. Would recommend for sure.
