Raisins in the granola are hard as a rock, be careful you might chip a tooth. Also, they charge you the incorrect price. Ordered the original Açaí bowl, menu states $7.25 but they charged $9.25, which is the price for the Açaí bowl with extras (strawberries etc.) which I did not receive. Won’t be going back to this pulp location again. And the service is slow, shouldn’t take 10 minutes to make a bowl with 3 ingredients when your the only customer and there are multiple people working.

Everything was great other than the fact that the girl waiting on me had shorts on that were so short when she bent over I could actually see her vajayjay. Listen young children go in there. Where what you want on your own time. So disgusting!

My husband and I went in last weekend for the first time in a very long time. We stopped going because the service/atmosphere was terrible due to employees that didn’t greet you when you walked in, they acted as if you were a burden when you ordered, they rolled their eyes and gave attitude for no reason, they were all on their phones and acted like they didn’t want to be there, etc. Finally , we decided to give it another chance and it feels completely different. The staff was so friendly, the food/smoothies were great, we actually felt comfortable to sit down and enjoy our food there. So refreshing. If this store is under new management/ new employees, it’s working wonders! They were busy so I didn’t get names, but thank you so much for making this location so nice again. :)

I would have to agree with the comments … until today! Rachel and Morgan were personable, friendly and happy to talk! It was a pleasant experience and I was shocked! I don’t come as often because who wants to feel like a bother to the employees? It gave me hope that friendliness will be contagious at this location! Perhaps these 2 gals could get a pay raise or something! Compliments and great pay help employees stay happy!! Thank you girls!

Smoothies are great but this is the worst location I’ve been to with basic customer service. Which is odd because Delaware, Lewis center, and Gahanna have always been phenomenal every time with no complaints. Two girls running the store either need retrained or you need to hire different people.

I so agree with all the comments about your employees. They don’t greet you and barely even ask what you would like. It would be a fun place to hang out with friends while drinking/eating your purchase but the dining area is not kept clean. These employees disappear into the back as soon as they are done making your smoothie.When paying by debt card, the tip screen comes up. Why would I want to give a tip when the customer service is so bad. It makes me wonder why they don’t like working there. I’m not going add to their wages if you have such disgruntled employees.Your products are really good but your choice of staff is driving your business away.

We weren’t greeted when we walked in. Owner needs to get a bell or something on the door. There were two employees and didn’t notice us when we walked in because they were too busy on their phones. We waited for five minutes and I eventually said excuse me and we were greeted with nothing but attitude moving forward with the service. Not a great way to treat customers after having them go unnoticed for five minutes.
