Did not order waited in line at counter a lady walked up told clerk her order and the clerk put it in and walked away filling order I thought....another worker approached me and told me to put it in kiosk and walked away we left

We have been to a lot of taco bells. And I must say by far.This is the best location I have ever been. Not only was the store in Great shape.There is no trash anywhere to be seen no cigarette butts laying around. And oh my god , the people are so damn nice you all deserve raises. Never have we met anyone's so happy. I'm so sad that this taco.Bell is so far from my home. Because my local taco bell looks horrible for being new. FYI that Taco Bell is in Lisbon, Ohio.
The quality of the food served here is much better than other locations. However, I could have done without the attitude I received because I accidentally used the "mobile order" lane in the drive through.

Food was great after a 10 minute wait. I hate that several fast foot joints are switching to kiosks only luckily a nice woman who worked there was on her break and helped super friendly. Everyone else had ZERO personality.

I do not work for Taco Bell I should not have to take my own order. Stood for 10 min before I had to ask to give my order. If I have to. Order my own food at a restaurant I refuse to stay. This was at the Ontario location. I decided to go to Park avenue location. So that I could actually get customer service . I ordered my food got home and I had nowhere near what I ordered in my bag I ordered two box meals neither box meal was put in a box they were thrown in a bag.. neither one of my combo meals had everything that was supposed to be in it.I had two other combo meals. I find it ridiculous that we got to get this kind of service for food that's overpriced. I refuse to go to any Taco Bell.

Not an every day stop... But for a Taco Bell this once is actually good. The food is normally decent giant clump of beer than cheese than sour cream. The staff are friendly and as long as there isn't a huge line the wait isn't bad.
