The Cove Coffee Shop and Pizza Company

I would not recommend going here, there are more consistent coffee shops around. The coffee's usually great, but the owner is extremely contentious and refuses to accept responsibility for mistakes. I've ordered dozens, maybe hundreds of coffees here and the owner has convinced me to go elsewhere.

Once, weeks ago, they made my coffee incorrectly just before closing. My husband brought it home, I got a drink, and it was missing the caramel + white chocolate flavoring, and was definitely not what I'd paid for -- Digusting! I was disappointed, but mistakes happen, no big deal. I came in the next morning to pick up replacement coffee and asked if they could cover the incorrectly made coffees the night before. They said they'd need to get it to a manager and that was the last I'd heard of it until today.

Today my husband was stopped by the owner insisting that the coffee was bad because I didn't drink it quickly enough, he tried to explain that wasn't the issue (I leave them in the refrigerator overnight and they're still fine) but she kept arguing until he asked for a number I could call to talk to her at. I called and she repeatedly implied I was lying or just flat out wrong. She still refused to refund or replace the poorly made coffees and also insisted there was no way her people could be making coffees differently one time than the others (?????).

Take your money elsewhere!

Sadly, terrible visit today. Training new staff so that is understandable. The girl in winter hat was trying hard. The girl in charge not only argued with a customer but then lied about him to the staff, while we waited at register, after he left.
I am strictly GF and stated this. I ordered coffee - no gluten syrup etc. my mom ordered a vanilla (milk) latte.
They wrote on the cups but it was reversed!!! I took a few drinks to realize mine had vanilla.
Not very safe!! Be careful!!

The drinks are FANTASTIC. That being said the pizza left me with regret. The wait time is unreal, and I even ordered ahead. Once I had the pizza it smelled good, but flavor was lacking, tasted more like storebought, and it was undercooked, leaving you with a doughy pizza. Stick to the drinks, and pass on the pizza.

Honestly work experience I’ve ever had here. I placed an order online 40 mins prior to showing up. When I got there the girl told me it wasn’t even in the oven yet mind you there was about 4 people in line waiting. The one guy told me he had been there an hour. If you’re running that behind you need to call people and tell them that. I also was very unhappy that there was no customer service. No apologizing or offering a drink for the inconvenience. It was a very snobby highschool girl attitude.

The Cove is a great local spot for pizza, especially there specialty pizzas! They also have there own Nitro tea in a variety of flavors that is excellent!!

The pizza was terrible. It had no taste. It was supposed to be pepperoni and mushroom. No pepperoni at all and hardly any mushrooms.There was hardly any sauce on it at all. Any brand of frozen pizza from a grocery store would have been better. We will never go back there again. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for a pizza!

Ordered a deluxe pizza yesterday, and it was delicious. No shortage of toppings, and they use the pepperoni that cups! The atmosphere is also great.

I love this place, and I stop whenever I am able. The service is great, sometimes a little inconsistent but that comes with more training and also the time of day and who is working. If you want something not on the menu, just be aware they may/may not be able to make it without some instructions. The quality of food/drink is great, and the interior is cool and relaxing.

Subs, pizza, wings and nitro tea are all delicious!

My family went to Cove's today after apple picking. We love this place. The staff and food was awesone. We had pizza, subs, and Frozen Hot Chocolate and Raspberry Green iced tea. Everything was delicious and our grandkids enjoyed the games they had. The atmosphere was fun very clean. The staff were all very friendly. We highly recommend this coffee shop.

Story time!
I kept hearing on the radio about this Nitro Tea, from The Cove Beverage Company.

A bit of background. I am an avid tea drinker and kinda a connoisseur. This tea is absolutely astounding!!!! Job well done!
It is a bit more $ than others out there, but…. Well worth it! I will be buying more.

Again outstanding job!
