Will never come back here. My wife and I got food poisoning from the food on the evening of Saturday October 25th. The chicken sandwich was so drenched in grease and the wings were undercooked, which is what I’m assuming gave the food poisoning.

How can 5 employees not be able to keep up with a total of 4 orders?!?!?!? Second time I've been here and they are so freaking slow. Employees standing around doing nothing yet my order takes 45 minutes. And change that awful music, if I have to wait so long at least not play bad music at high volume. Pathetic, I won't be back, wings were just OK. You can find the same most anywhere.

Came here for a pickup order, ended up waiting over half an hour past the latest time they gave, Lady at the front register got into a big argument with a customer over an affair with her ex husband after the customer just wanted to order fries. Would give 0 stars if possible. Ridiculous

Very unprofessional. Some women came in, not one word was said to the women at the register and she went off on the customer. Talking about family drama and just in all, very unprofessional, and childish. I had ordered online and it said ready between 4:17-4:22. I sat inside til almost 5. While the women at the register said it wasn't ready. About 20 minutes later, another women came to me and asked my name and my food had been sitting in the back the whole time.

Unrealistic wait times. Orders made and given out completely out of order. Rude employees who don't respond when think speak to them. I knew this place would be a failure.

We tried to order once and we're told a 50 minute wait. Okay, I ordered the next week on the app. We went to pickup, and as soon as I walked in and the smell was overwhelming hot garbage. There was black all over their side walk and it was difficult to tolerate. I received food after waiting 20 extra minutes. The food was not even hot. The wings were slimy and undercooked. The fries were packaged uncovered and cold.
There's no reason to eat at this restaurant at this time.

Very disorganized, our order got skipped and we waited about 40 minutes. While waiting, I observed workers using their hands to smash trash down inside the trash can (without gloves), then they returned to work without washing hands. I also observed serveral unhappy customers complain about missing items in their order. Manager was concerned, corrected issues, and did apologize. The wings were good but the service needs improvement.

I’ve been here twice and both times the food was horrible. The first time the fries were so salty they were inedible. The garlic parm tasted like pure garlic salt. The second time they shorted us wings. Both times the wait was at least 40 minutes. I don’t know if all Wingstops are like this or not, but this location definitely needs more training.
