I like the set up of this store and I have tried to shop here several times but the smell of bleach is overwhelming. I'm pretty sure grocery stores shouldn't be using straight bleach but it's bad so I won't go back

The dilemma for me with Whole Foods is their carelessness with prepared foods...sellind vulnerable foods long after prepared date. There are fruits like pomegranate seeds which are already turning on the shelf. Prepared chicken salad on the shelf 3 or 4 days after the packing date. This is unacceptable to me for chicken based foods. You must look at the packing date to be safe. I also ask at the prepared food counter for hand served foods when was the date of production. It is very dismaying to find many items 3 or 4 days old.I've recently tried the prepared meat lasagna and found it to be pretty nasty. The sauce and noodles are fine but the ground meet was very gristly and unpleasant to eat....this was true on several occasions. The packaged foods and shelf items are fine and there are many choices but for supposedly fresh items BUYER BEWARE.

It's a very nice store and contrary to popular belief, it's not expensive and it's affordable.

Whole Foods is the best grocery store. They have so many great products that can meet anyones dietary needs or preferences. Everyone is always very nice there, plus their sushi is really good.

Called at0730. To see if they had breakfast items onthe hot bar. Answer was yes , when it opens at 0800. Walked over by 0800. O one has any idea about breakfast items on any bar. There are no items on any bar at that time. Coffee bar. : no sugar free creamer And generic stevia.

This is a big upscale grocery store. We bought some yogurt here and were happy with the quick check-out. Noted a place to sit and eat their sandwiches.

Aside from the inflated prices for everything, the cheese corner is excellent especially if you are searching for European cheese varieties. They also have a relatively large wine selection for a store not primarily dedicated to liquor sales. However, the rotisserie chickens all looked very palid and steamed rather than roasted. Foolishly I took the best looking one home only to be disappointed by the overall blandness of the flesh. It looked and tasted as if whoever cooked it liberally sprinkled salt and black pepper on the breast and nowhere else. The flesh was moist but most of the skin lacked the caramelized crispness typical of a roasted bird. Wholly unimpressive for $8.

Today we decided it was time for lunch and we decided to buy lunch to eat at home, staff were very polite however the price is a little overpriced. Food is delicious but overpriced I highly recommend this place if you want a nice healthy lunch.

The Whole Foods at Pinecrest has some very exceptional employees. Jill, who started in the Seafood Section and then was moved to grocery is always helpful and knowledgeable. She is always smiling and I noticed she was back in Seafood last week. I asked her why and she shared, that everyone is helping everyone out during the summer. She seems to be a real team player and is always warm and friendly.Chris in grocery was busy stocking in the refrigerated section and the almond milk I usually buy seemed to be "sold out". I asked him about it and he immediately stopped what he was doing and asked how many I needed and went right into the back and with a smile gave me just what I asked for. He seemed truly happy to please a customer.Angela and Maurice in produce have always been friendly and knowledgeable about the produce and the store. They are happy to help and give information about produce and availability. They are always working hard with a smile on their faces. In regard to your 365 organic peanut butter, please bring back the organic with Palm Oil. The Peanut Butter with the Brown Lid. It is virtually impossible to find any organic peanut butter anywhere that is organic with Palm Oil and no added sugars. Keep up the great customer service!

Seriously the worst shopping experience in Cle. I went back out of need- so for example Heinens is not open today, and regret it every time. The fresh food is always- and I mean always on the verge of going off (not sure what Whole Foods is doing but it feels as if they are using old stock and pushing that onto the gondolas). The queues to pay are always long. There is never any help in the store to find things and management have vacated. Lastly, and importantly- the till staff do not know how tonpack- i spent $170 today and they packed all into two bags, which fell over, broke handles and damaged the food. Pathetic.

When I got home from shopping at this Whole Foods, I reviewed my receipt and noticed that they accidentally didn't ring up one of my items. I called to pay the difference and the person told me to consider it a "gift from the universe"! He was very professional and clearly very kind. I certainly was not expecting that, but it made my day!

I was slightly disappointed to notice they have closed their Ramen section, while I can understand a lot of other sections closing during this time I would think that section would have remained. While I went in toward the end of the night I also noticed the restroom was either out of stock or ALMOST out of stock on some "essentials" (toilet covers, toilet paper). Maybe I am the only one that notices these things but when I think of Whole Foods I think of a "Higher End" grocery store and unfortunately I feel like they went a little down hill once acquired by Amazon. Just a little more of a chain feel, which I am not necessarily a fan of however I understand the need for them. I used to like the small feel when walking in, which is no longer... the food also used to taste slightly different, made with a bit more love! But I could be a bit bias, can't say I won't return but I can say I am a little bit disappointed.

I love everything about this location! Even during Covid, masks, sanitizers, etc. most of the people who work here are very nice. The parking lot is huge, the store is clean. My favorite is the indoor/outdoor BAR that serve BEER and WINE! Thanks to Covid-19 the bar is closed until further notice.
