Some friends and I meet once or twice a year and share a meal at a place most or all of us have never been to. RH Rooftop was chosen this time. There are 5 of us. 1 person chose the burger with Truffle fries, 2 people chose the Lobster Roll, and 2 of us chose salads (The Gem salad with salmon and the Ceasar salad with salmon). The restaurant is stunning! The service was excellent. The food was good (pricey, but good). Overall, I was pleased and would definitely recommend.

Tonight’s dining adventure… ?

The RH Rooftop Restaurant in Cleveland is a blend of elegance and comfort, offering a dining experience that’s both polished and refreshingly unpretentious.

My meal began with a tall glass of fresh-squeezed lemonade, a bright and refreshing start. Although bread service isn’t a standard here, the server graciously brought out a freshly baked baguette on request, perfectly warm and crisp on the outside with a soft, moist interior. Paired with salted butter, it was a small luxury that set the tone for the evening.

Next, six pieces of grilled shrimp arrived, garnished with a bold mix of lemon butter, garlic, and Calabrian chili. The char on each shrimp delivered a light smoky depth that complemented the zesty spice, highlighting just how well-executed a simple dish can be.

The star of the meal, though, was the 7-ounce center-cut petite fillet, expertly cooked to a perfect 147 degrees. It was topped with herbed butter and béarnaise and served alongside a bright arugula salad with lemon, grilled asparagus, and charred broccolini. Each element showed the kitchen’s commitment to quality ingredients and precise technique, making every bite something to savor.

Despite initially planning to skip dessert, I couldn’t resist the house-made chocolate chip cookies served warm with a sprinkle of sea salt. Paired with a rich mocha cappuccino, the dessert was a comforting close to the evening.

Thank you, Brittany, you made it perfect!

The RH Rooftop Restaurant combines upscale design with a welcoming vibe. With its stunning skylit garden setting complete with olive trees, sparkling chandeliers, and the sound of trickling fountains, dining here feels like being in an indoor oasis. From attentive service to thoughtfully prepared classics, it’s an experience that balances style with substance—a true escape.

Located atop RH Cleveland at Pinecrest, this venue is not only about great food but also offers an immersive experience in luxury furnishings. Since opening, it’s drawn guests eager for both an unforgettable meal and the beauty of RH’s refined design. A true retreat worth revisiting.

We tried the rooftop after being an RH shopper for many years. Sadly, it was such poor experience I find myself writing a public review in hopes management will focus on improvement. Menu was not very impressive - small American fare options. But the atmosphere, with the exception of the glass roof, was terrible. The light upholstered furniture was filthy, the boise level was absurd due to all of the hard surfaces, and the decor was so simple and boring - I felt like I was in a hospital cafeteria. The wait staff was incredibly slow and we had to call them over each time. Half of our food was forgotten leaving us with a 3 hour lunch experience as we waited for our full order. It was wild. I haven’t experienced this level of poor service, mediocre food and terrible atmosphere in the US like this before. Once was enough.

I would go 4 out of 5. It's nice, dessert being the banana split was 10/10, overcooked a filet which for 50 something bucks you don't think they'd mess up, but did. Chicken was, well, chicken. Nothing super special other than not being overcooked. Lobster roll was delicious. Artichokes I'd say is more leaf than anything, wish there was more uupmh to it like actually leaving the tender parts in. Procuitto board, just the normal one, left much to be desired. Only 3 slices of procuitto are given with a small chunked off piece of, it was actually good, cheese, and a handful of purple grapes. The atmosphere I'd say is not the highest class, but more mid class. Super loud. Hard to talk to people right across the table without almost yelling. Not really ambiance when everyone is shouting. For the price it is around 100 a person, I would go to Mortons. Cool experience, different. But it's eating overtop of a shop that nobody will ever buy from and there's not much of a view to be proclaimed as special. It was good for a one time experience, however, probably won't go back. Price just doesn't quite match the quality and atmosphere.

Service was horrible from the host to the service. Everyone seemed extremely stuck up . The food was so bad we didn’t even eat it and left to go somewhere else. The steak sandwhich was all pieces of fat and no meat. And the ceasar salad was extremely fishy. Over priced sub par food

Went their for my bday dinner. Ordered medium filet which was sent back 3x and it just for more rarer. They took it off the bill. Server was awesome. Mgr didn't even bother stopping at our table to follow up.
Of course the restaurant is beautiful but the menu is also pricey.

Food was amazing, delicious and expensive. However you get what you pay for and the food is worth it.

Between the Italian Benedict I had, the Steak sandwich my partner had and the grilled Brazino my friend had, everything was cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and attentive. The terrace is beautiful and has great natural lighting, it was comfortable to sit in despite the heat outside.

A good time, will come back!

Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator to third floor with flat floors inside. Not recommended for wheelchairs outside. The doors aren't automatic, and there's pea gravel and large pavers.

May be a ramp far right, or behind the building. Floors are flat and there are few doors. Bathrooms do not have automatic openers

Nice atmosphere visually, food quality poor and very expensive (lettuce wilted and entree dry), service very slow and waitress aloof, not attentive. Would not recommend.

The food was absolutely amazing. One thing about here was you actually get your bang for your buck. It’s not a fortune for just a small portion of food. The plates were decently sized and the food was cooked perfectly. On top of the amazing food was the view at sunset. Definitely worth the money!

Dietary restrictions: Waitress made sure to ask at the very beginning of ordering whether or not anyone had dietary restrictions and was very polite about it.

Atmosphere was nice, host was nice, waiter #4497-Grechen, could use training. I stopped her and asked her, what did you say your name was? She stated "I didn't... " then told me her name. I was already aware that she had not told us. Ordered a BLT, bacon has burnt edges and visible grease on them. I had to remove bacon from sandwich. Bread was hard, could have made good croutons. Potatoes came luke warm. My sister ordered salmon which she like but why was the lemon seriously burnt on one side.
I can't believe how disappointed I was.
Also, please note that bottom of seating, visible dirt everywhere. I had visited you several months ago and there is such a 180 in the service.
