I walked in Monday around 11:30 am, and it took over ten minutes just to get anyone to acknowledge me. Then I waited another fifteen minutes while they made sandwiches, ignoring my already-paid-for sandwich sitting right there! Finally, I said something, and the server was incredibly rude, like I was bothering her. I'm never going back, and you shouldn't either – find somewhere else to eat.

10:05 PM the male taking drive thru orders was pushy and rude he yelled at us as if we were taking too long because we had 2 orders for the same car. Totally unprofessional and rude.

Wow. My mother in law ordered Arby's and this food is 100% terrible. My chicken tenders are burnt and so hard it is like biting into a brick. Same with my curly fries, hard and burnt. Shame on the cook! There should be quality control. If the food is this bad do NOT send it out. I got basically 2 and 1/2 tender. Smallest pieces I have ever seen. I have ordered this in Las Vegas and they were bigger and tender/juicy. Dreadful product and these were almost $6 tenders. Do better.

I didn't order food but my dad was missing and I went into the restaurant to ask if any of the employees saw him since he walks down Navarre a lot. The way the manager responded was SO RUDE and it actually shocked me that I didn't know how to respond back. I walked into many businesses down Navarre and this was the only place that was blatantly rude for no reason. Hope he has a better day because he probably needs it more than I do for him to treat people like that.

The food tasted like a mix of mold and bleach. Do I know what these taste like. No, but I tasted rancid, I would rather eat cow dung. The service wasn’t much better since the cashier seemed like she was having a bad day and was kinda upset.

I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich and asked if I could switch, I accidentally ordered a roast beef with cheddar and didn't want the cheddar I said a number 1 instead of number 2. When I got to the window to pay I asked to switch and she legit scoffed and said THE WHOLE ORDER IS WRONG! when it was just 1 sandwich of the 5 items I got. When I went inside to request a refund because I didn't trust that my food had not been mishandled at this point. I was PROMPTLY screamed at by a guy that may or may not have been the manager. Just rude... like sorry I made a mistake on one part of my order and you responded so poorly... like an entire Arby's ganging up on me for being upset about how my mistake was handled.

Definitely one of the better arbys locations as far as quality and speed. Drive through was quick and order was made correctly. The facility was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and quick to help.

Just left Arby's sit at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes at 11:30 p.m. let someone know you closed. I drove around to the pickup window. still no one came to the window just walk right past me. I'm just saying
