I love the food its nice and yummy, however it’s messy and I didn’t receive any napkins after I took a huge bite in my car I was driving no time to go back through the drive thru and wait for something ai should have been provided. :(

It took forever to receive my chicken sandwich and fries. They were slow and what made matters worse is that the food was clearly not hot and fresh upon receiving. The bathroom was also dirty and someone had stuffed paper in the urinal. It seems that only 2 people may have been working that day, however there were no apologies for the wait.

The people at Knight are all very nice and they communicate in a very cool way and they are all very nice in nature and they talk nicely to everyone The night staff's service is very good.😊

My fiance and I made an online order, coming through the drive-thru the manager reluctantly had to tell us she was not able to complete our order for circumstances out of her control. The manager was very apologetic and took care of us in an extremely professional manner the food was amazing and even though things don't always go right customer service like this is what makes customers keep coming back.
