This was my first time going to the Big Apple Deli and I was not disappointed. I chatted with the owner and he was fun to talk with about the history of the store. The couple of employees I had contact with were very courteous and engage in making my sandwich.
The sandwich was a Reuban which is the reason I went there was fantastic. The corned beef was piled high, with a great amount of sauerkraut and the dressing was ample and very tasty.
Absolutely one of the best Reuban sandwiches I've had.

The Big Apple Deli is such a great local gem! The selection of sandwiches is extensive, and everything we tried was delicious. Our group ordered a variety of different sandwiches, and everyone loved theirs. The ingredients were fresh, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the service was quick. It’s a fun local spot to grab a great sandwich—I’ll definitely be back when I'm in town!

Something has changed, not the same quality of food. BBQ beef was Luke warm. Potato salad didn't taste good. Like they didn't cook the potatoes. 50 $ for 3 small sandwiches 2 small soups and a Potato salad. Tea was all ice. Disappointed 😞

Drive from Bowling Green , ordered 3 Broadways 37.00 including tip. Get all the way home open my sandwich and right away i could tell it was different than it used to be. Minimal meat....barely any peppers , mayo or mustard. The bun was cracked on top and tasted old....pretty sure it was not the same buns they used to use!! Im so bummed I used to love Big Apple, but after today I will not be making that drive....not worth it!!!
