Love this place If they're short-staffed be prepared to wait for your food and the food came out cold our server did her best she mentioned 14 tables on her own not a good experience at all always love coming to bobs but last time wasn't good at all

The food is excellent and portions nice. Servers are so friendly. Love Katelyn she is charming and funny, attentive, and kind. A definite 10 as a server. Hubby and I missed her last night and her counterpart, I forgot her name, was super incredible too. We love going here. The cashier was a little sweaty. So down home.

I called in to place an order and was immediately put on hold. Waited almost 8 minutes and still had no response. Had time to download the app and put in the order and still no one responded. I drove by their location and their parking lot was practically empty, which means that they weren't busy enough to make a 8-minute hold necessary without a response
