Typically I don't do bad reviews...but I feel like I have to. I made an online order about half an hour before heading to pick it up (six boneless wings with sauce and veggies). Once I got here I waited about fifteen minutes before anyone even came over to talk to me, and I'm pretty sure it's because another couple walked in. I then was told that my food still isn't ready, and I've been waiting another fifteen minutes now (so it's been over an hour since I've ordered, and I've been waiting inside for thirty minutes). I want to add that they don't look very busy either, but I know sometimes that's not always the case with online orders and such. I just feel like it's an unnecessary amount of time to wait for six boneless wings... especially since I ordered ahead..

Not a bad restaurant we just won’t order online for delivery no more. We miss our sides, sauce, and I got boneless wings instead of bone in wings. This was the first time I’ve received a mistake order through Instacart.

I ordered from them 3 times came to get my food being 5-10 minutes later than order online says. They said be out another 10 minutes, ? Unacceptable to me I will not wait another minute for food that should be done. Do better, I mean you had 35 minutes to get it together already plus the ten minutes I was late to get it so 45 minutes. So you you need 45 minutes for 16 wings plus fries?

Food is good but damn did this place become expensive!! Chicken wings are one of the cheapest things you can buy wholesale. Don't make any sense why they charge what they do!!

Frustrated that we were watching the game, and they decided to change the channel without consideration of who was watching the game, didn't ask and no other tv was vidlsible for this game.This was changed for 1 person to watch Keno. Why would no one ask, will not go back to this location. Lack of consideration to their customers!

This is my second time having an issue with my order from Maumee location and this is very frustrating, I got my order today after long day at work went home and i opened the order and there was no sauces there is no dipping there is missing pieces and this is very frustrating after long day at work’s and you pay to eat something good and this is the second time that happened with me .
