I was charged $1 more than menu price for a cheesesteak for requesting no side with it. So less food costs more than the original price on menu that included a side. Sub came out looking like the middle was cut out. It was about a 4 inch sub. Nothing like pic. Yea I wont be back.

Placed an order around 3 to pick up at 5:30 on my lunch break. Got there 5 mins early and food was not ready, no one at the counter, occasionally one lady would come out and say she was the only one back there. I waited 30 minutes for my food, came out cold. I talked to the manager and the response from the I got was “where working on things back there”. Just ridiculous a 30 min wait for something that was pre ordered and was that was supposed to be done and ready to pick up. Tons of people coming in the door all lined up practically shoulder to shoulder with others with still no one at the counter.

Came in to a restaurant that was far from packed, stood at the hostess stand for 10 minutes and no one greeted us or gave an update on what the wait was.
Plenty of open tables, a capable host/hostess could have filled a few more of those

Food is always good however if u want to place a carry out order go to the one on central this place sucks… youll wait 15 minutes every time without fail for ur food to sit under a heat lamp, u have to fully go to a server & ask for someone to help & everyone will get around to helping u but at their slow pace. No pep in the step nothing then ur food will look sloopy & u wont even get told have a good day. Management sucks service sucks consistently ive gone here since highschool it hasn’t changed so seriously save urself from typing a paragraph after years of shitty service from this location & go to the one in toledo or perrysburg
Not much chicken in my chicken 'wings', service was a bit slow, expensive for what you get. I gathered from recent specials that they were trying to improve, but it still seems like a place to watch games and the food is an afterthought

Kayla was our server during our visit. Unfortunately, we only saw her twice during the entire hour we were there—once when she brought our drinks, and again when we were leaving. That was the extent of her service.
When we saw her the second time, she seemed very nonchalant and showed no concern for the lack of attention we received. She didn’t offer any apology, and when I brought the issue to the manager’s attention, their response was equally dismissive and indifferent.
It’s very disappointing to see such a lack of empathy and concern for customers. Based on this experience, I truly don’t believe Kayla should be working in customer service. Something needs to be addressed here, and I plan to contact the corporate office.
Very dissatisfied with the entire experience.
