Grabbed dinner for the family last week after not eating fast food for about 2yrs. The experience was absolutely horrible. The food was terrible, clearly way past its hold time. The younger male at the window interrupted me while checking my order at the window to say that he specifically made sure my sandwiches were in the bag to get us out of his line, and I found out 10min down the road that he had not, causing me to drive all the way back for two bacon cheeseburgers that were priced $2.50 each and weren't worth a dollar together based on the quality. When I walked in and politely asked the manager for the rest of my order, she couldn't even be bothered to respond, rudely handing two burgers with my ticket stickers on them two me with no words, only a dirty look like it was my fault that they can't do their jobs. Got home after this exchange to find that they were STILL missing an order of cheesy tots. The whole staff is terrible, sloppy, carrying on like animals instead of doing their jobs. Burger King wonders why they're hemorrhaging sales, but continues staffing their locations with crew and management that could care less about the customer or the quality of their work. I shouldn't feel like I'm having an interaction with an unkept vagrant rather than a shift manager, it's ridiculous. I'm not sure what kind of customer service training they're receiving at this location, but it definitely reflects horribly on the company, and explains why every drive-through on the main strip in town is busy during dinner, except for this one. Don't waste your time and money just to get overpriced, dried out food while being stared down by a store full of people who don't even have a concept of quality or good customer service.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. Double cheeseburger was disgusting. I ended up going back to the store to get a.Refund. didn't have my girlfriend's card with me. So I couldn't get a refund so I had them remake my food. The store was not busy, so there was no reason they had to reheat.My burger. I also noticed no hair nets in the kitchen area, which is definitely a health violation. I recommend going to the woodville road location or choose an entirely different place.

Went there went a buddy to get breakfast, first waited like 4 minutes standing at counter for someone. You had two employees over at the food counter bagging food when there was nobody waiting for food and only one car in drive thru when we pulled so why it takes two people to handle that I dont know. Then finally the guy on drive thru that looks comes over takes my buddy order then walks away. At this point another another had come up next to register reading a newspaper. He then walks away so I got pist off cause no one wanted to take my order and I walked out. Never again will I stop at this place cause evidently they dont want my business. It is sad all these fast food places want more money and you get worse service then in the old days.

Went to get breakfast for my partner and myself. Ordered 2 meals of the 2 for $6 on the double croissants. Get to where we needed to be and see all the sandwiches were missing the sausage, and only had bacon. I'm not mad over the $2, but I am mad that at the lack of attention to orders and know its not that hard, especially when 2 cars were in the drive thru (1 including myself). I've worked at burger king when I was a kid and young adult and it is not that hard. I know this location is notorious for the worst quality of food and lack of getting our orders made right. Go to the front street location instead. You'll be thankful you did. This location should just really shut down.

2 stars only because I haven't had a problem at all during day or morning shifts. This is the first time I have ordered from this location this late (11pm). The staff was respectful, but I opened my burger and there were live nats flying off of it, also fermented tasting sweet tea. Don't recommend going at night or probably at all.
Love there original chicken sandwich and the fries have gotten much better as well as the onion rings being really tasty. Couple of small thing didn't get the spicey sauce for the onio rings and still don't understand the highcost of the soft drinks.

Door-dashed today and only got 2 things and only received 1. How do u mess up 2 things? Food I received was cold and I contacted my dasher and he asked the lady if all the food was in the bag and she said yes. Clearly it wasn’t. Not ordering from here anymore

The staff at the Woodville location are wonderful! They work very well together in a mature & repectful/professional has been my experience on more than one occasion.
