We had to doordash our lunch today we thought it would be a good idea to have Burger King. Boy where we were wrong! We did not get our pies that we paid for. The food was cold the pop was really watered down and we paid $1.89 for two cookies that were the size of a Chips Ahoy cookie so I really don't understand the concept there? We did ask for lots of ketchup salt and a barbecue dipping sauce for our nuggets and we did not receive anything no ketchup no salt no barbecue dipping sauce . We did call we did stress our concerns and the only thing we were given was the option to take our food back there and they will remake it. I guess she didn't understand the fact that we had to doordash our food to us so therefore we were not leaving nor could we leave our job. And they didn't even offer to give us our desserts that we paid for and did not receive! I was told that I was talking to the general manager who act like she had a problem with everybody trying to get over on her? And we were not trying to get anything above and beyond what we already had we just wanted it correctly I paid $55 for lunch and it wasn't even worth five! I really don't understand why I had to pay a $7 service fee but ordering my lunch plus I still had to give a driver a tip?

The manager was beyond rude not only to me but the workers also... I spent 10 dollars on food and asked for a BBQ sauce just 1 and wanted me to get my credit card out for 25 cents

My husband found a 2inch hair in his burger and we got 4 things of nuggets and all were old and dry. No sauce for any of them and the cashier was rude when ordering. Don't go here awful food and terrible service.

Walked in to an overwhelming smell of weed.5 people looked at me and walked away before taking my order.Ketchup dispenser was empty, so I asked for packets and was given 2.

2 stars on all and that is being generous it saddens me how no one is taking their jobs serious for one the order was wrong had to go back for 2 one of the sandwiches was hollow on the inside I don't know what yall do but are you not suppose to check your product before you serve it to the public.maybe you don't care and that's sad but then yall want the same amount as that of hospital personal well I for one say no and we will not be coming back thank you
