Been going here on and off since they opened, very hit and miss as far as service and food quality and lately quantity, Half chicken and half steak bowl to go and it's usually at best a half a scoop each if your lucky, very rarely do you get a full scoop, but they will load up the rice. I was charged for a large bag of chips with the label on it and it was the regular bag that was even more shorted on chip amount.

We love Chipolte. It is one of the only restaurants we all like. Food is good, service is good and restaurant is clean. It is nicer than the normal fast food restaurant and the food is much better.

The drive through is out of order but I was not told that before ordering online and paying, pretty inconvenient. I would have chosen a different location so I didn't have to take the babies out of the car just to grab my food. I paid for double portions and the bowl was only half full 😂

Me and my family went to Chipotle on Navarre paid full price for our food we got steak and asked the worker can we get some steak that's all the way done and he said it was all the way done and it wasn't all four of us ended up sick .
The lady that always cashes people out with the glasses and high pitched voice told me that my online order wasn’t ready and to go back around, when i had just got told it wasn’t ready 7 minutes before… When i told her i just did that she looked at me like i was stupid and slowly closed the window. She proceeded to walk up to another worker and mock the conversation to them and tell them she to us sorry when she never did. lol. she realized we could see her talking because she was facing the window and turned around. i asked her for her name so i can confront her about her behavior she said she didn’t have to tell me then uses her high pitched fake voice tells me to have a good night while giving me two thumbs up
