I’m so upset I lost my receipt because I had the 3 employee names in there who were very polite, made sure my food was correct, and personable. I think one name was Andrew? So it was two young men, really young like age 17-19 and the young lady that cashed me out. Just wanted to say thanks guys. Sorry I forgot your names, but you know who you are

I have gone into chipotle multiple times at this location and had everything made properly. Every single time I order for delivery they can’t do any of it right. You ask for double protein, and double cheese and you’re lucky to get any. If I wanted a taco from Taco Bell, I would’ve went to Taco Bell, but I spent $30 to get a chipotle burrito and I still got a Taco Bell size burrito. Even though I asked for extra protein and cheese, I barely got any. They skimped my order for delivery every single time.

Absolutely horrible barely anything in any of our orders even after asking for extra rice and extra cheese. Our order was also missing salsa, corn salsa in each one we got 3 bowls. It was ordered online and when we called after we got home they said there is nothing they can do as it was done through their app not in person. The app also wouldn’t take us to costumer service and just froze anytime we tried to get to the leave a review or fix the problem part to try to get a refund or remake. 10/10 would never recommend and won’t be going back! I’d rather drive 30 mins to a Toledo location where they actually make it right!!
Man I ate there yesterday and it was great and today had to do a mobile order and got so badly skimped I can't even enjoy my meal. I literally counted 11 pieces of tiny brisket.

Do not recommend door dashing or uber eats from here. An unfilled burrito, primarily just tortilla and lettuce. A half filled bowl. A bag of chips filled to what equates to a handful and a half. The poor quality taken on delivery orders has happened so many times for us alone that I had to leave a bad review. Unreal.
Beyond fed up with this chipotle location’s portions … tired of ordering a bowl for delivery or pick up and getting 1oz of meat and a skimpy bowl all around.

One of the best chipotles I’ve been to. I’ve only gotten food from their chipotlane but they’re super quick to open the drive thru window and the portion sizes are huge! One of the best chipotles out there, keep it up!
