I just really enjoy my Burrito Bowl. It’s always good every time I order. If it was possible, I would eat here every day.

Went into the store to get a DoorDash order. The manager Kevin is a complete racist and does not know how to speak to women he also does not have appropriate knowledge and communication skills to be a manager at the store. He got upset for me asking how long it would be for me to get my order of Chips and cheese for my DoorDash customer. He got frustrated and then told me to leave. When I didn’t leave he called the police on me for trespassing. The music and store background was very loud. So I spoke loudly for them to hear me. He was not trying to handle the situation very well. There was no reason to get the police involved when I simply needed to know how long it would take. Not just for me. But so I could let my customer know about the delay.
This store is horrible. Never experienced anything like this in my life over something so simple. Terrible customer service from the team.

I’ve ordered from this location on Navarre at least 5x. Each time the food is cold and not great tasting. It’s definitely just this location. The one on Airport hwy is always amazing. So disappointing.

Bowl was completely made wrong despite the sticker right on the bowl reading what is to go in it...which was correct. So I'm assuming someone can't read and just randomly started slopping anything in a bowl except anything that would be delicious. How damn hard is it. So sick of the stupidity laziness entitlement of this generation my God!!!!!!!I think it's time for another flood
I watched a manager yell at a young girl while she was crying, absolutely unbelievable. Will never be returning. I hope that girl is okay! Another worker said his name is Kevin. Horrible experience.

Every time I get food from here . My rice is hard . It’s like the rice wasn’t even cooked . The service is okay . However it’s like the food isn’t being cooked properly . Or even cooked all the way .

The whole dining room was dirty. Almost every table was dirty. The drink/service station was filthy. The bathroom was littered with trash on the ground. I ordered a bowl. Asked for sour cream. She put a big silver spoon heaping with sour cream. About 7 times too much. Everything was smothered in sour cream.
