Review for hot foods only. Customer service was good. However the food was borderline gross. Didn’t finish it. There was a hair in our pizza bites. Pretzel was wayyyy over salted so we couldn’t eat. Still have a bad taste in my mouth. Mozzarella sticks were average

Normally, their shakes and malts are pretty decent and I make it a habit to stop here because they’ve been good and I like the wide straws so you can actually get something out of the cup. However, tonight’s order of a Malt was just awful. It was very thin and there was wayyyy too much malt put in it. It didn’t even look chocolaty because there was so much malt. Every sip through the straw and I was chewing malt pieces. The sweetness was overwhelming. I’m actually surprised because normally everything is very good here. Just passing along some constructive criticism.
