Ordered a family meal online with brisket, ribs, baked beans, m+c, and a side of potato salad. First, it was supposed to be ready at 2:45, it wasnt. Second thing, when I opened potato salad it appeared that someone took a spoonful out of container with a dirty spoon(photo attached). The meats were ok, nothing special. The sides were disgusting, m+c was cold, potato salad went straight to trash because of the spoonful missing, the beans were very thick and mooshy like refried beans and very bland, corn muffins are small and not that good, On top of it all they forgot the sauce so I had to use Famous Dave's sauce I had at home. Overall it was completely a waste of $55 and I will never eat here again.

Very solid BBQ, bordering on great. I only get the basics most of the time like pulled pork and wings, but they're so good I don't feel like changing. There are many good options on the menu though that I'm eager to try.

My boyfriend and I were in from out of town over the weekend. Honestly we almost passed over this place due to the 3.9 overall rating on Google. But I am so so glad we didn't! OMG so good!! Went for lunch and got both of the sandwiches they offer. The big Pete and polish Pete. They were both piled high and so tasty. The green beans were very good too. Both of our favorite thing was the cornbread muffins!! More like a dessert/cupcake then cornbread. I could have ate a dozen myself lol. If you're in the area this place is a must try!

The meat was so Dry didn't have any juicyness to it if it wasn't for the sauce WELL. The sausage was cold and hard.

Don't use their online ordering system and don't expect help from their employees. We placed an online order through their website which directs you an online ordering platform called Toast. For whatever reason Toast processed the order and debited the credit card but the restaurant did not receive the order nor was a confirmation email generated. Most likely a glitch in the system between Deet's restaurant and Toast, something easily remedied. When I went in to the restaurant, the staff informed me that they didn't have the order and without a confirmation email they wouldn't honor the order. When I asked for their names, they refused to give their first names when I said I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I asked for a manager and was told "All three of us are managers." Finally one of them called the owner who reinforced their decision to not honor the meal. They offered that I could speak with the manager but I chose not to since it would not have changed the outcome. Terrible customer service which is indicative of poor ownership and management with a lack of ethics and responsibility reducing the overall integrity of the company. The meal should have been honored with an apology and the company should have resolved the issue with their online business partner.
