Don't use their online ordering system and don't expect help from their employees. We placed an online order through their website which directs you an online ordering platform called Toast. For whatever reason Toast processed the order and debited the credit card but the restaurant did not receive the order nor was a confirmation email generated. Most likely a glitch in the system between Deet's restaurant and Toast, something easily remedied. When I went in to the restaurant, the staff informed me that they didn't have the order and without a confirmation email they wouldn't honor the order. When I asked for their names, they refused to give their first names when I said I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I asked for a manager and was told "All three of us are managers." Finally one of them called the owner who reinforced their decision to not honor the meal. They offered that I could speak with the manager but I chose not to since it would not have changed the outcome. Terrible customer service which is indicative of poor ownership and management with a lack of ethics and responsibility reducing the overall integrity of the company. The meal should have been honored with an apology and the company should have resolved the issue with their online business partner.

Had dinner tonight with my wife and we were disappointed with the quality of the food. Pulled chicken was extremely dry. Only bright spot was the 1/4 ribs we got. The rest was not good. Pulled chicken shouldn’t be dry and tough. Service was great though.

Everytime I buy from this specific deets, our bill is always about $30 and we hardly get any BBQ sauce on ANYTHING or hardly any meat..what's the point in being a BBQ place? Most people go there because theyre in the mood for BBQ!!!! And always the worst customer service. Food is way overpriced for what you get. I won't be back to this location.

Barbecue done right! Low and slow, smoked for hours, quality meats and sides. If you haven't eaten at Deet's, you are missing out!
We hired the food truck for a staff appreciation event. Tim and his assistant were friendly and arrived on time! Food was fresh and hot with virtually no wait time for orders. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Made an order through door dash and when my dasher showed up to pick my order up, my order was gone. When I called to inquire they acted like it wasn’t there problem at first. Then I was put on hold and then my order was as just cancelled. No one tried to help me or correct the problem. The customer service was terrible. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Because if there is a problem they are not going to try to correct the problem for you.

The first words that come to mind for this resteraunt is extreamly disappointed. I ordered the 1/4 rack of ribs plate. It cane with Mac and cheese, a side salad, and a corn muffin. I got 3 small ribs, and all 3 barely had any meat on them, maybe 3 mouth fulls of meat all together. The sauce was pretty good. The Mac and cheese was decent, plenty of cheese as well as some other seasonings in it. The side salad was what you would expect from a side salad, and the corn muffin was undercooked and extreamly dense with very little flavor. I figured if I was paying $20 for a rib meal it would come with a decent ammount of ribs, not 3 3" long ribs with barely any meat on them. Won't be ordering again.
We ended up here when everything else was busy on a night out without the kids and I was more than happy to have ended up here, it was beyond delicious!

1st time at a Deet’s and probably the last. Counter person not helpful in the least. The vibe was my Family was taking his time up and he had better things to do. The food was expensive and just so so. I don’t think it’s actually a BBQ place just a restaurant that sells food they call BBQ. There was no smell of meat cooking like you get at real BBQ places. And they wanted to charge me $2.49 for a cup of water.
