Had delivery, when did they start using FLAT BREAD FOR SUBS?? Bread was way over cooked... NOT ENOUGH ITALIAN Dressing &; the driver had an attitude cus most my cash was quarters... Can anyone working have a postive attitude or DONT WORK at all Worst sub ever

Ordered a pizza and a brownie to be delivered I waited almost two hours and was told by the delivery driver that other drivers refused to bring my order because I was paying cash and they couldn't see their tip. Got a cold pizza and it wasn't what I ordered. Tried to call and it just rang busy. Tried to find out where my pizza was and apparently this is my only recourse....

So I'm gonna start by saying that I have a gluten allergy and my work had ordered a gluten free pizza from this location. I've ordered this pizza before with no issues. I only ate 2 pieces before I ended up sick and leaving work early. I had nothing to eat or drink prior. I narrowed it down to where it had to have been cross contaminated. I called to make a complaint and I got an I'm sorry I will pass it along. If I had Celiac I would be done for and thankfully I don't. They need to take up better cleaning practices so this doesn't happen again. I will no longer be ordering from this location.

Ordered today, October 3rd, online.....the app said 15 minutes to get a pizza.....well 50 minutes later it's just going in the oven! Last week the same thing! Your app is not accurate and time is valuable people.....we don't get it back and we could have went elsewhere!!

Hands down 5* short handed tonight at this location and they were as nice as could be. All a customer wants is for them to be honest and they were. Hats off to the driver and the people who show up and work.
I placed an order about 4:15 (today, july 1st). When I arrived, there was only one man working who i later discovered was a delivery driver. I told him I had just placed and online order and I would pay after it was done because it seemed he had a lot going on. Thats when I realized he was a delivery driver and had to take the the pizza that just got out to the customer. At that point I thought there was literally noone else in the store. At this point its 4:30, my pizza has not been started and there's noone answering ohones/making pizzas/ checking people out. Eventually a young lady comes out of the bathroom ( mind you , she was in there before I got there, and then 15 min after I had been there is when she got out, I ain't gunna comment on anyone's bathroom habits necessarily but you get my point) she walks, slowly, to help yhe person at the counter. When thats done. She asks me what the name on my orderwas, i told her, and then she continues to set up her phone, and speaker and then seems more interested in picking a song instead of helping the customer( me). Ive worked in the service industry long enoigh to know when and when not to be upset about customer service by particular individuals and unfortunately this just really upset me.
