My husband went though the drive thru and asked for the police/military discount. He asks every time and they always give it to him except for ONE employee. This employee has told my husband that they don’t have such a thing even though he’s been getting it before. I’ve called the store and asked them to make sure their employees know about it because it’s unacceptable that they aren’t being trained and shown properly. Then my husband comes back through the drive thru today and that same employee who told him that they didn’t have it, told him no to the discount. Not that they didn’t have it but just no. That he would not give it to my husband. Then my husband asked for a manager but at this point it was just disrespectful on the employees part. And the employee told him no to a manager as well. He has to go to work so he left but we will NEVER be returning to a dunkin any time soon and this will be posted about online because it’s outrageous that he’s out there saving and helping people and the employees are too stubborn to do something as simple as a 10% discount.

Very nice people here but We have a PROBLEM! MY MESSAGE TO DUNKIN: Don't sell Long Johns (at $3 mind you) if you aren't going to make them correct! My wife bought me one this morning and I couldn't believe my eyes. 2 tiny punctures in the SIDE not the front and back. I'm other words; THERE IS NO VANILLA CREAM IN THIS THING! 2 tiny little injections. Should I repeat AT $3 A POP! Alexis Rd in Sylvania make the best ones in town if you want to proper Long John.

Let’s face it- A Dunkin’ Donuts is a Dunkin’ Donuts. You don’t usually expect anything to stand out. The donuts were as good as they usually are. However, the service this time was exceptionally pleasant. I’ve never been to this location, and I didn’t note the name of the young woman which helped me with my order, to give her credit for such great service.

I love coming here, the people who work here are so kind . The coffee is excellent. I would ide choose this place over every other competitor who's coffee is double the price any day. Try butter pecan coffee its so good
