They can never seem to get the order right. I ask before leaving if they double checked everything and am told they did. Only to get home and discover it is wrong. I call the location and am told unless you can come right back so they can renake, there isn't much they can do. For the price they charge, I expect my order to be perfect.

I went into this location for a sandwich. I purchased the medium meatball sub and I got chips and a coke for around fourteen dollars. The Atmosphere was great, it was clean and tidy. The food is excellent alot better then a burger down the street. I also know that this particular location is always in good order.

Ordered online at firehouse subs. They offered delivery and I’m just down the block so easy you would think . Delivered with all open bags no way to tell who ate my food before I got it. I called immediately and spoke with the manager she said she can’t do anything about it ? I ask if she normally sends food out in unsecured containers no stickers no staples to close the bag no nothing ? Yup. She said that’s how they do it in Oregon Firehouse Subs. What Waste
