I would of put 0 stars but no option they need a management change evrytime I go there lobby is closed early when its not Noone helps you they never have food ready always a 20 min wait plus the 8 cars in front of you in the drive thru the store is always dirty

Where's manager ever called to tell her my food was cold. She hung the phone up on me. Went there and asked for the regional manager's number refused me to have that. And then refused to serve me. After I was gonna buy my food again because I had mine delivered

I place an order online today I waited in the Drive-Thru line for 43 minutes then the order was messed up I do not recommend this location to anybody they used to have great service and very quality food but everything is went downhill

Did a mobile order tonight I waited 15 mons after to go get my food , we go an we waited 20 mins just to get our food. All the employee's were just standing around doing nothing I waited 20 mins for my food for it just to be sitting on the counter the whole time an they gave it too ne could of remade it there trash here will never come back again!!
Placed an online order. The tracking provides showed that the order was ready for pickup. Showed and gave them my order info. Was told they were still working on my order. Waited patiently for 30 mins later before I couldn't wait any longer. No apologies or estimates on when my order would be ready. Do not recommend online orders. Hassle to get refund.

Ok so just went through the drive thru….ordered 2 chicken sands, how on earth is a “fresh” chicken sand done so fast.. paid for them, he handed me the bag, got home, opened up the bag and packaging 🤣🤣fresh, NOT SO MUCH!! Hard, crunchy, breading like it’s been sitting for quite some time… count your days KFC your food definitely going down hill… won’t come back!!!! You’ll be closing just like the fish place did, because the food wasn’t edible anymore…

They were so rude , I asked only for a large fry please fresh , they gave me the coldest fries and didn’t even greet me at the window . Extremely disappointed in this KFC I will never come here and see why people don’t. They barely get costumers as it is and treat people like garbage. I asked them to PLEASE make my fries fresh and of course I got a attitude “it’s a 5 minute wait” I said that’s fine I’m not wasting 5 dollars on a cold ass fry I can’t even eat!
