Man can tell they hired back the old crew. They all playing around rude as ever. IDK who the manager is that was working tonight but he was rude. We asked about chicken they were out of white meat of course then when we asked if we could wait for it he said no because he was already sold out of what he was about to make. Lazy lazy lazy. The only one doing anything is the girl working the front register. Man I think the kid that is always pleasant and can run a decent shifts name is Zack. If he doesn't work there anymore I will not be going back.

Food was ok, I received mashed potatoes instead of Mac and cheese. I ordered at the counter and received my food and left, I was on lunch at work and couldn't come back. Just please make sure to double check order screens and make sure the right items are in the bag, other than that no other complaints.

Terrible service. Went to drive thru, got two meals, was told five min wait for fries and to pull up. We waited more than ten mins, my boyfriend walked in and the food was sitting on the counter.
We received multiple wrong sides, chicken wings instead of tenders.
Just really unpleasant. Seemed like they were annoyed we were bothering them. Many employees standing around talking to each other.
This keeps happening each time we visit. This will be the last time we visit unfortunately

I ordered 2pc chicken and I received 2 pcs but the size as you can see is too small. (Hawaiian bun is placed beside as reference) This is not the first time that I was given a really small portion of the chicken. It has been like this much so often. Why????

This location sucks. Every time I come here we have to wait. Even if we place a pickup order online. The drive thru is also stupid how it's set up because of a rail being right in front of drive thru window. Food is a hit and miss when we come here. This time food was warm not hot.

They didn't secure gravy then put it on top of the chicken container. Tipped top of chicken gravy all over front of car and chicken. Person who brought food to my, car got me another gravy and bunch of napkins. I told her I would call later as I had to go watch my young grandchildren. Called back and Manager hung up on me 16 times

As someone who has worked in the fast food industry I understand that there will be a wait sometimes but a 10-15 minute wait in drive thru? That doesn't seem like a fair wait time without some explanation. Many orders inside were getting finished before mine which is fine too. On top of all this though was that there was no butter or honey for the biscuit and NO CUTLERY! Put that all together and that's a bad drive thru experience and I will not return to this kfc location. Whoever manages this location needs to do better.

The service for slow because there was a shift change but the manager was very very cordial and professional
By far the worst KFC ive ever been too. Was told a ten minute wait for bone in chicken no big deal. Ask about it at the 15 minute mark get told still have one minute for fries. 25 mins later and we finally get our food. And the manager acted like everything was completely fine. All we got was a 4pc with legs and a fry.
