I have been a loyal Kroger pick up (order consolidated by a Kroger employee) or delivery (instacart) customer for several years, and we pay for this service. Placed an order on Thursday 12/22, was told it would deliver 12/23. Never arrived. Now told I can’t have my order until 12/30! Seriously, over a week letter for food? 🤦🏻♀️

This Kroger is rapidly going downhill. I frequently find expired food, incorrect pricing, and dirty floors.

Horrible service. I ordered groceries for them to be picked up at noon and by 3pm I still can’t pick up my groceries!! They couldn’t give me a good reason except being understaffed. Which I’m sorry that’s not an excuse for being 3 hours behind. I had to cancel my order due to needing my groceries and anytime I called to check my order Sarah/Sara had an attitude like I was inconveniencing her. They told me they’d call me but I can almost guarantee they won’t. I will never ever shop at any Kroger ever. This is by far the worse experience. Ever!! I have never had this issue from Walmart or Meijer!

I called and asked if they had a salad bar the employee said they did I got across town to find that they dont.
Customer service at this location is very poor especially the customer service representative named Josh. I was treated with disrespect by this person and will never shop at this location again.
