Went there for lunch.....one employee sitting on a bench on her phone. Employees in the back having a great time....no one at counter, no one came to the counter. Girl on bench didn't bother to go in back to tell someone that we were waiting. I don't care how hungry for fish I get, will never go back there......oh and the place was filthy!

There was a mix up at the window for our order. And our order was slightly wrong. The staff was very friendly and apologetic for the confusion, but we were unable to go back through to correct the order. I wish Long John Silvers would advertise better, more signs with photos on the outside in front. Meal deals, specials, suggested selling as this is one of my favorite restaurants but this location always seems empty, run down and kinda lonely.

I was here a few days ago and it was only one employee running the whole place, she was a wonderful soul, and the food was very fresh. Other employees called off and she ran the place like it was fully staffed!! Big ups to this young lady!!
