Ordered from here while working night shift. The pizza was so HORRIBLE that every one of us threw it in the trash. So Marco's Pizza can thank this particular location for losing our business... we will NEVER order from a Marco's Pizza again! This placed SUCKED!

Ordered cinnamon bread with my order. It arrived with no butter, cinnamon, or sugar. Called the store. As the guy who an̈swered the phone goes to get his manager, I hear him yell THAT ORDER WENT OUT LIKE AN HOUR AGO. I frankly don't care if I placed the order five days ago! Take responsibility for what YOU mèssed up and make it right WITHOUT the attitude. I've ordered from this Marcos location for 20+ years. That ended tonight.

Edit; 5/31/25 HEY, YA'LL KILLED IT WITH THIS ONE tonight! Im talking on point! I was legilty about to call the store and compliment them but didnt want to sound like a weirdo. Just look like one, lol figured I'd hit em with a review edit instead. From estimated time of deliver to pure taste of the pizza and Bread! I know its just pizza but Damn! .... Took care of every request we made no matter how weird not weird. Expensive or inexpensive. Even taught me how i can get pepperoni on my cheese bread. Which they should sell anyways and bet it does number. Cause that shits banging.

Delivery took well over an hour when quoted 25-30 min delivery time I had tried to call to see what was going on and the man in the phone was very rude and hung up on me when I received my pizza order wasn’t correct and my pizza was cold and could obviously see it was sitting for a while so I called back and when I told him what was wrong he read back my order the way I ordered the pizza was correct but the pizza was not made that way and the guy told me all he could do was make me a new pizza and make me wait for it to be delivered again and when I told him I didn’t want the pizza I just wanted a refund he told me he wasn’t able to do that will not be going back

It never fails these people ALWAYS forget my garlic dipping sauce! No matter how clear I ask for it they never remember it! Complete incompetence, can’t even do the simplest of tasks!

Had my pizza and cheesy bread delivered. I ordered extra ranch and mariners and paid 20% tip, I didn’t receive my ranch or marinera. I called to just complain so they were aware. The guy who answered said hello then nothing… then hello and I explained what happened and he said “sorry it’s just the ranch and marinera there is. It hung we can do.” I said I h sweat and that I wanted to make you all aware and I could easily just drive up to get them. He said “we were so busy today sorry” then hung up on me. Very rude. After we opened the pizza which was to be cut into squares it was cut into very large square pieces. I have a bad taste from my experience and will not order from this location again.
Very disappointing to say the least. Everything was cold uncut and did not listen to instructions at all. Very sad when you have been craving pizza and they can't deliver good food. Definitely do not recommend this location. Take the time and order from Perrysburg location, they always get it right. Woodville is trash
