We use to go for the play area. It's constantly dirty, missing food from our orders and the staff is rude and incompetent. Never going back.
Also they had a cash only sign on the door but when I questioned it was told the cash register is cash only but the kiosk takes credit card...it wasn't actually cash only. Makes one wonder why lie or are you really that simple? I wonder how much they actually take home

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I sat at the drive-thru speaker for 20 minutes and no one came to take my order. There were more than 5 cars in the drive-thru, and not a single one of us was helped. When I finally drove up to the window, I saw over 7 workers inside — and at least 3 of them had headsets on — yet they were just leaning around, talking, and playing with each other.

This is absolutely unacceptable and needs immediate attention. If you’re having issues or short-staffed, at least acknowledge customers. Instead, we were all ignored. I won’t be returning until management fixes this.

We haven't had our orders right in a year. Husband is NOT happy. He won't be coming back for a long time....if ever. Also can't stand young people talking so fast you can't understand them, then they get annoyed when you have to ask them to repeat themselves.

Had to ask the order taker at the window to repeat, as she spoke very fast. We ordered 2 sweet teas-great as usual. Fries were ok. Burgers and chicken nuggets were room temp at best. The burgers were terribly wrapped and fell out of the wrap when I took them out of the bag. They weren't even busy.

Well they messed up one ladies order three times while I was there... My burger was extremely sloppy. The gentleman sitting at the register was nice though

For the 1st time in a long time was dissapointed in the taste of the coke, it tasted watered down. But the 6 piece chicken mcnuggets where crunchy but tender inside, so that helped to make up a little for the coke. Plus the service was quick and friendly.

Worst customer service! & the wait is horrible. Staff act like you inconvenience them when THEY mess up your order, and the wait is beyond horrible. Avoid this location!!

Place sucks if you going on a night walk with your service dog and get rejected service for trying to order food on foot. Not everyone wants to waste gas when they go out at night to walk around and chill.

Children running barefoot-touching the self service cups. Customers going in back where food is prepared. Employees fooling around when there there were customers waiting to order. I was in the store for 30 minutes.
