Filthy outside....hours posted for dining room till 10pm....arrived at 9 was told closing early after already inside? Sometimes dining room open and sometimes closed...my breakfast sandwich was burnt last time I went through drive thru in am.

Ordered 2 Triple Cheeseburgers and a large coffee with 3 cream (easy enough for most restaurants). I pull up to the second window to get the food. I'm handed the bag with the burgers (nothing wrong with it) and then handed a coke. I politely said that I didn't order a coke, and the lady at the window takes it back and looks at her order screen for a second. A few minutes go by as she then opens the window and again tries handing me the coke. I once again correct her politely, saying I got a coffee with 3 cream. She takes it back and finally pours the coffee (in plain view, I can see she didn't put cream in it) and hands it to me. I asked if it had 3 cream, and she lied to my face claiming it did. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could ??

Business hours said 24 hrs so I ordered online to pick ip at 12 am and the place was closed. Only drive through. You need to update the business hours. I hope i get refunded for the online prder

I waited 10 min for a frapee. When I reminded the cashier, she pulled it from around the corner and the cool whip was melted. No reason nor any explanation. All I could think is that the drink was being withheld because the cashier was annoyed that I paid with a $100 dollar bill. To thi k that I chose this McDonald's because it had a better rating than the others nearby.
