My food was hot, so fresh and the mac and cheese was so cheesy!!! Staff was incredibly kind. The bread was soft which is a huge plus. Zach and his staff are doing a great job!

Talked to a nice gentleman, and experience was over all good until I got home to eat the food.Topic is SALAD LETTUCE QUALITY - POOR GRADE. I’ve recently been given salads with a lot ( more than1/2 of content ) is STALK. This is not how it is at the dine in Paneras. So what I ended up with was toppings subpar too, bearly the amount I normally receive. In Today’s cost it is UNFAIR Buisness PRACTICE To scam the customer. I WILL NOT COME BACK. Your associate made a suggestion that I go 2 for 2 ..Sid this mean 1/2 the food is waste? I’m being nice saying 1/2 it was more like 3/4 .

For the price, this portion size is absolutely terrible. I have never gotten this small of a salad and such a tiny baguette. Not worth the money
**Edit: I did call, and the manager I talked to was extremely helpful and replaced my meal for free. Hopefully they’re better consistently now! But I haven’t been to that specific location since my replacement (which was yummy, and better portioned!)

I just left Panera and had the worst experience I've ever had at a Panera. First the employees give you whatever food they want. Second they don't know how to work the computers. The manger told the girl there are vaule duets but no one ever told you. Third, the price on the board is $2 less than the price on my receipt.
My order:
I ordered a turkey sandwich and chicken and wild rice soup value duet and half chicken avocado melt. I received a pick 2 and a $8.49 chicken sandwich. Then when I let her know it was wrong she wanted to argue with me. She told me they don't have vaule duets and I asked for a manager. Then the manager came out and said they couldn't put money back on gift cards but i know thats a lie. The thing is no apology was given and the employees had an attitude whwn i brought it up to them. I know I could have my money put back on my gift card. I'm just upset that there was no proper customer service or professionalism displayed. Then it was stated that they called another manager and he told them I could not receive a refund. I would like my money put back on my gift card because I know it can be done.
Above average fast food place to get some food. It can get busy but they are pretty quick. Staff is very friendly. Selection is a good mix between healthy and hearty dishes. The bread bowl was a little hard and took a bit of effort to chew even with soup having been in it.

Drink was just water tasted awful waste of 5 bucks the sandwich wasn't what I order the soup was good but they didn't put bread in the bag then gave me a hatd old cookie not happy with this order

Ordered office bagels twice from this place for pickup and 1 delivery. First time the bagels were all just tossed in a large bag to get stale and my order war 15 minutes late, had to stand around and wait. Second time was delivery and the Door Dash delivery guy had to call me and tell me they were out of bagels for an order of 26!! I thought I was ordering from a different location but somehow it popped back to this one. Avoid it if you want your food prepared and packaged decent.
