I'm never disappointed with Penn Station. A little pricey but always worth it. Both gentlemen were nice. Zach was very personable and a pleasure to talk to as he finished our transaction. Love the cookies and fries.

If you order online be prepared to wait for them to make everyone else's order in store first before touching yours, I walked in and watched someone order in line and got theirs made before mine and I ordered 10 minutes before I even walked in the store

Worse Penn Station in the Toledo Area !!! Every time I have ordered from this location my order is wrong … Everytime!! And the only accommodation is they can make me a “free “ sub on another day ???? Why would this be the only option ? It’s not free I paid for it today and I won’t receive it till I decide to go back to an establishment that can not make my order right ever?No thank you !! I waited a year to come back and I will never make that mistake again .. Penn Station on Monroe Street is awesome has never made my order wrong and are very polite and accommodating 🩷

Fresh Cut Fries are amazing, Sandwiches are made as you request, and pretty tasty. However seem chincy on the amount of meat and always feel quite expensive for what your getting. Lemonade and cookies pretty good too.

I ordered an Artichoke wrap with fries, it was delicious! The cook was pleasant and informative, but the cashier was less friendly, and charged 2 times extra for mushrooms that were already a part of the wrap.But all in all, the wrap was a pleasant surprise, I enjoyed it.

The food is always pretty good but it was a little drier this time. It’s just so expensive now. However, the staff is always so helpful, fast and friendly!

Down side, lemonade machine broken. Soda machine broken. The place just looks so run down.

Stopped friday 7/25 bought 2 subs for my husband n I. I swear if there was any meat on them it was hard to find. I was very disappointed when you read the good reviews. Will never go back.

Food was delicious as always,I tried the Rueben Hot of the Grill Sub this visit, and I would highly recommend it if you're a Rueben lover as I am.

This is my go to for a good meal.
Always a friendly staff and the food is always hot and delicious.
