INEDIBLE. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza, not only did the stuffed cheese taste like petroleum factory by products but the DOUGH!!!! The dough was like trying to chew through card board. Paper thin and rock hard, seemed like they used maybe 1 table spoof of sauce and skimped so bad on toppings (pineapple and onion) that I believe there was only 3 total onion pieces and 3 total pineapple cubes. At this price point there’s so many other superior pizzas out there. This was simply worse that a frozen supermarket pizza.

Spent 50 bucks for inedible food. Pizza is burnt, chicken is hard on the outside and semi raw inside, and the bonus is the bread sticks stuffed in a sack cold and hard.

This is the the worst pizza restaurant as far as customer service goes, in the area. Got the wrong pizza. Called, put on hold for 30 minutes, the manager Crystal finally answered, was rude, and hung up on me. All I wanted was the pizza that I ordered. Pizza Hut used to be the benchmark, now they are failing spectacularly. It's not hard to see why. Mediocre, overpriced pizza, terrible customer service. Won't ever be back.

My girlfriend ordered two pizza and garlic parm breadsticks, it sucks. Pretty sure when I came in there was only 1 person working so I understand why it sucks. Spent $40 dollars on 3 things and it is disappointing. Both pizzas barely have sauce and one was ordered with extra sauce. This is the type of pizza you can’t eat the next day because it’s going to be dry bread and cheese after the tablespoon of sauce soaks into the bread. My sauce cup for breadsticks is tiny and filled half way. I remember back in the day for breadsticks they’d give you almost a Little Ceasars amount of sauce. I feel bad for the one person working, I would walk out in the middle of my shift if I was that girl, but regardless I think this ruined pizza hut for me.

Very poor Services staff all new no training and whom ever the girl was whom was in charge was rude, cold foods and made 2 staff walk out Pizza Hut SHUT DOWN please no one needs to see this!
Husband uses them as a back up for when I don't wanna cook!

Pizza is undercooked about 1/3 the time. Called to complain about an issue and was treated rudely and nearly hung up on. At $15-$18 for a pizza it's no longer cheap enough to tolerate the lack of toppings, quality, and poor customer service

Ordered online and the experience was good. Picked up the pizzas and they were what we ordered. Staff were friendly and welcoming when I entered the store. The pizza was good as usual. My only complaint is the parking lot configuration which is out of the control of the employees. Good experience will definitely keep coming back!
