Slowest fast food place/restaurant in town. I could have left line to go to a sit down restaurant, ordered and ate, came back to the line and it STILL wouldn't have moved. Insane how slow they are.

Max and Zach are two of the nicest people I have ever encountered at a Sonic! Very friendly and they helped me when I was having issues with my card and dealing with an emergency with my grandson. Wonderful people and they deserve a raise!

Long wait when wasn't busy

Overall, we enjoyed it. Two negatives- Texas bread instead of toast (is it even supposed to be toasted??) and we got 2 sides of queso instead of the queso wraps we ordered. Somehow we missed that when going over the order but didn't complain/correct it, just left it as it was. We would come back, however!

ZERO STARS if I could. Long, LONG waits only to receive trash food. Too expensive to pay for garbage. I gave it a few times to get it together, but no. I won't be returning. Try the Sonic in Rossford.
Update: 2 years later, the food is still trash. Went a couple days ago "just to see" if anything changed. Nah, lol. Just shut it down.
Ordered through the app,pulled in and checked in. Food was brought out in just a few minutes and was fresh, hot, and accurate.

The person on the speaker got my entire order wrong, another worker had to fix my order because he was no where to be seen. He added two blasts to my order that I did not order. He did not apologize. The worker that fixed my order for me was amazing. I saw him yell at a worker. I believe his name was Chris.

So first of all it takes like 10 years for them to even take my order. Next, even if it's not on a busy day the service still moves slow and it makes me think do the coworkers even like there job here. Then for a door dash job it's even worse because of the waiting. I could literally be waiting on just drinks and it takes them forever also they don't have apple pay but every other fast food does? Like why aren't they upgraded with tap and pay.
